Remove them. They won't affect your phone. They are cache files for some media, pictures or videos on your phone.

U probably have too many images on ur phone to have such large amount of thumbdata4. U should delete unnecessary images, then delete the thumbdata4 files. Deleting just the thumbdata4 would not remove the images but ur gallery images would load slower whebvwe u open them, and then after the initial loading the thumbdata4 will be created again for faster loading next time.

what about these msgstore files,will deleting them affect my phone
