Bro, what type of door is in the front of that veranda? My own veranda is not fully covered by the roof like this one as I want to feel and see direct sunlight and clear sky when in the balcony. My concern is the door as the door will be exposed to the rains. I intend using hard wood (iroko) mahogany wood but don't know how sensitive it is to the waters.

About your door I will advise you to go for real iron door made in Nigeria not all those Turkish made oo bcs 95pec of those Turkish made are not real iron

Yes it’s save us about 100 bags of pop cement and 70kg fillers

That is about N890,000

There are some things you don’t need to waste your money on while doing some finishing.

Like doing full pop work under slab on a rented apartment in some area where the value is not justifiable to the rent.

The money saved here is enough for us to be used for the compound flooring.
Which in turn is more valuable to the building than the slab pop work.
