Amun defends Adamu

Nigeria's 1993 Under-17 World Cup-winning coach Fanny Amun says it is too early to condemn Amos Adamu despite video evidence allegedly linking him to a cash for votes scandal at Fifa.

Adamu has been provisionally suspended by the world football governing body pending the conclusion of investigations, and Amun says there should be no hurry to condemn him.

”I don‘t believe anyone of us has the right to condemn him before the findings of Fifa are revealed,” Amun said.

”The people at Fifa are not fools. If there was a strong evidence to prove Adamu is guilty, they would have removed him from the committee.


”Irrespective of what some people may think of Adamu in Nigeria, we should not criticise him when there is no reason to do so.”

adamu is a thief and he has been in the stealing profession for a very long time.
the oyibo ppl are as clever as smart. they prepared such a tempting trap for such a careless thief so what do u expect.
