Wish I can have something like this. Receptions are a waste of time and resources. If I had a say, I would suggest a "small" wedding, attendance consisting of close family members and a few close friends/colleagues. A private church wedding consisting of the aforementioned in attendance and that would be it....maybe a food hamper afterwards to serve as refreshment for the guests.

I have attended a similar wedding at MFM Headquarters and I was so impressed. On the couple's wedding card it was boldly printed DON'T ATTEND WITH GIFT. There was no reception also.

The sister to the bride just went to a shop outside the church and bought Malt for the 10 of us that were present. We took pictures with the couple and left.

There and then, I made up my mind to have a low key wedding as well when the time comes.
