I just overheard a man and the wife screaming on the phone in turns at a third party who apparently has dumped them from the money that seems to have been from a land deal gone wrong.
The story is the same everywhere, people taking advantage of any opportunity at all to dump the next person either at a local level or international level if they have the skill on the boldness, If you open a small shop today, the sales girl will be thinking of how to steal from you, some customers will want to take products on credit with no intention to pay, some will come deliberately to collect items using hynopsis or tricks, some will rob you.
At the corporate level you get a contract, you deliver a sub standard work, then the people who are supposed to pay you will also find a way not to pay you. Every one is just out to out do the other.

Despite all of these, you would think everyone would be stinkingly rich, but instead what you find is still abject poverty.
