Nobody is talking. If it were APC state, PDP dogs will be barking ceaselessly. If I say that the only sin Rochas committed is identifying with APC, someone will say I talk rubbish. Every southeastern want the head of Rochas while the one worse than him is left without condemnation.

I think the government felt like they don't need the money. After all, why wait 11 months to begin wail? Nigerians are known to always try to solve a problem only after it gets out of hand.
