I couldn't put then whole thingy with the prospectus for obvious reasons, so just go ahead and read the prospectus online but download and use this form PLEASE. The number on the top right corner is only for those that will be paying to any branch of First Bank. Just fill it into the deposit slip after completing your forms and pay with cash or a cheque. Minimum unit of purchase is 500 translating to #16500 only. So let the purchasing begin.
