The Presidential Tribunal sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday, stroke out the petition of Atiku Abubakar, alleging that results for the Feb. 23 presidential election were electronically transmitted, Igbere TV reports. Igbere TV recalls that the former vice president and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), had alleged that INEC deployed servers for the last general elections. But delivering judgement, the presiding judge, Justice Mohammed Garba, said the coalition of results for the national election were done manually, based on evidences. The Tribunal also ruled that the petitioners failed to evidently prove their allegations that the third respondent (INEC) deployed its servers for the said elections. Otipari jare. If u followed the proceedings of the PEPT and was not just shouting the Atiku is coming mantra, you'll discover that Atiku's legal team did a very shoddy job, their witnesses were just a joke and this particular issue of server was just dead on arrival. In general, Atiku should just have gone home and count his losses after the election. He lost woefully. Like really woefully. His sycophantic followers(Them Buba Galadima) were the ones that coaxed him and I believed he went to court to save face. No one should say anything about Buhari intimidating the Judiciary or that the Judiciary is dead because of this judgment o. Atiku had no case from the onset and the Judiciary should actually be applauded for a diligent job . Atiku is cumming bunch of clownish lawyers claims according to their level of foolishness. Count down according to level of foolishness Foolish claim 3. Trader money equals vote buying. ( No single evidence) program still ongoing even after elections especially in the impoverished parts of the East  Foolish claim 2. Buhari does not have academic qualifications to contest. ( eventually shot himself on the foot, cos his evidence showed that Buhari is more than qualified to contest). Imagine helping to prove a defendants case with your own evidence  Foolish claim 1. Server claim ( the most foolish claim ever). Even if it is true, u want to use illegality to fight legality. Imagine presenting an evidence in court that u fraudulently obtained. The only way results could be extracted from a "server" by unauthorized persons is through a backdoor or hacking. That is treason, if u can hack the server to obtain results then u can also hack it to manipulate the results. Atiku and his team should be charged for this fraudulent approach.
