It was dumb petition from the word go . Law is about what is legal . No doubt inec transmitted the results but there is no law that says it should use the transmitted result . So despite a soft copy , the hard copies were used . Atiku should not have challenge th E server issue but should have tried to spend more time showing the judges how the elections were rigged using polling units results
So technically Atiku failed !
