I would like open reviews from Nigerian Engineering professionals on the proposed renaming of the Ministry of Science and Technology to 'Ministry of Science, Technology and Engineering'.
The most important advantage being the inclusion of newer Engineering divisions into the working notice of the Federal Government. FMWorks can then be re-drawn into STEM. Core engineering practices other than Civil and Electrical will hopefully become more recognised.
Question here is, are there any down sides to this proposal?

At last, some motion.
Perhaps adding "Innovation" will bring more ICT sectors in.
Leaves one to wonder where Aeronautical, Naval, Chemical/ Process, etc. fit in?
