This is a racist picture and mental slavery. It shows the mentality of OP and the cartoonist that the black and Africans are always hungry, starved and inferior. Take it down.

To my own understanding.

- Africans don't have enough food(See how thin the African man is)

- Europeans don't have shortage in almost everything

- Americans don't care about the rest of the world only themselves.

- Arab don't care about your opinions.

- The African don't have a paper and pen ( He doesn't have the opportunity to express himself)

- The European man has ony paper but no pen(Probably has the opportunity to express himself and doesn't have the boldness.

- The American has both pen and paper( He has the opportunity and boldness to express himself, but he's probably confused looking at the location of his pen)

- The Arab has both paper and pen( He's confused)

Something like this is what I would think also. The cartoon makes sweeping generalizations so I don't like it.

Africans don't have food, basically are hungry as alleged by the Whites. Europeans are never in lack especially in the area of food, they don't witness hunger and starvation.
Americans only believe it's America and the others, too selfish to care, know or acknowledge what's happening on the other side. The Arabs are always arguing about everything besides it's about the ruling class so any other opinion doesn't matter.

I wont say that Africa is a shithole but I agree with you, Africa can do way better when it comes to Agriculture. For famine still to be happening in Africa, its really sad.
