1. Logistics officer, have a driver's license and about 2 to 4 years experience. Job focuses on logistics operations for the business with focus on deliveries and order management.
Correspond with customers to arrange pickup and delivery of orders.
Physically package outgoing goods and ensure accuracy
Provide and maintain good customer service and solve problems;
Prepare goods for shipment (packaging);
Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met;
Streamline shipping and transportation processes
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Flexibility as the job may require odd hours
Any other duties as requested by the supervisor


Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently, as the work may demand it.
Great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach;
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes;
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;
Problem-solving skills;
Ability to prioritize
Attention to details;
Key Competencies:

MUST HAVE A DRIVER’S LICENSE
Location: Abuja

2. Admin Executive;  our team and support our daily office procedures.

A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing records. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 to 3 years work experience is required.

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Location: Abuja
