I'm short of words, I don't know who to blame. The lady who's already lying cold somewhere beneath the earth or the Yahoo boys whose quest for easy money has killed their conscience. All in all, Nigerian government has pushed it's citizens to desperation

EVILFOREST:

If any LADY has made up her MIND to become an established PROSTITUTE, then it will be advised she goes for specialized KITS to protect herself.
...There are many available KITS.
...Pepper spray.
...Cervical Razors.
...Electric Needles.
...Electric Bracelets..
...bubble gum sprays.
And Many More
what if the killer has a concealed pistol lol

This is becoming too much.

Serial killing or not, Murder is a crime against the State and The police has a religious duty to investigate and bring the perpetrators to justice.

In cases like this - the Coroner should be summoned.

It’s disheartening that murder cases go unsolved or even uninvestigated in Nigeria.

The whole Police academy should be revamped.

Every police recruit must know all the provisions of the Police Act, Criminal Code and all ancillary Criminal legislations by heart before graduating fr the Police Academy.

Investigative course should be continuous - like every year all police officers must attend to learn new investigative techniques.

Introduction of tech into the Police Statuons, at least starting with the Divisional HQs.

The minimum entry requirement should be an OND...

I really wonder what the IGPs do as head of this Force... these recommendations are sacrosanct for any modern police force embarassed
