Speculative Trade on Crude Oil by a trader ends in big losses of 320 million dollars for Mitsubishi.
This lays further credence to the need for economic diversification by Nigeria because the price of crude oil is driven not only by fundamentals but speculators.

Obviously he adopted a grid trading methodology. Doubling his bets as price went down and not willing to cut his losses. It's a problem of trading physcology; not accepting you are wrong. Been there myself. Strange how a small loss taken early could balloon to margin call.
