OP you are a sleeping giant . The condition of your English is worst than that of Aba. Wake up from your slumber and find a solution to your poor English first before you talk about Aba. Thank you. |

Igbo millionaires are waiting for Local government,L. G is waiting for state and state is awaiting the Federal Government. People should contribute money and construct the road. Owerri-umuahia,aba_P.H road is too narrow and full of Silly road blocks. 1 Like |

Aba will keep sleeping because its people never want it awoken...imagine a people waiting on others to come to their rescue when they have the resources to help themselves. Biafrans have always been the worst enemy of Biafra. |
Re: Aba; The Sleeping Giant by Born2Breed(f): 8:45am On Sep 23, 2019 |
Firstly, the federal government is not serious about encouraging local content. If FG is not incompetent, something should have been done about all federal roads leading to and out of Aba. Secondly, Abia is being ruled by a cabal who cares more about their pockets than the state. The people too are also very silly to keep voting in the same branches of the same old tree. If successive state governors has invested in Aba in terms of good roads, security and sanitation it will generate a lot of revenue into the state coffers. Lastly, the people in and around Aba are the dirtiest people on planet earth. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Re: Aba; The Sleeping Giant by Mrfeel: 8:47am On Sep 23, 2019 |
Federal government has abandoned the southeast thats just the fact, there was a rail line from port Harcourt to Aba FG is busy spending billions of dollars on Lagos to Kano rail, Lagos to other parts of South West but didn't bother about, Aba to port Harcourt, Enugu to port Harcourt rail, we are all seen the cold treatment of the FG toward South East, igbo importers from Onitsha have to bring in their goods through Lagos seaports, FG abandoned the Onitsha seaports and failed to fix it, all these treatments from FG towards South East are things will biafrans will one day present before international court of justice, to back up our reason for self determination, and referendum to vote ourselves out of Nigerian government 4 Likes |

The major commercial areas in Igbo land are Onitsha and Aba. For some reason, successive governments failed to fix Aba roads. Onitsha was given far more attention |

mamaafrik: As far as I am concerned your comment is highly sensible...but senseless morons will not listen to you instead they will keep ranting about how Fulanis are their problem but they will never see how they themselves are the source of their own problems! They refer to Nigeria as a zoo but they are basest of animals. They scream Biafra from the rooftops but none of them is doing anything to actualize the dream of Biafra which was, is and will always be a pipe dream! |
Re: Aba; The Sleeping Giant by Mrfeel: 8:56am On Sep 23, 2019 |
Godfullsam: And the zoo is still claiming ownership of biafra why? Why not hand over everything to nnamdi KANU and see if biafra doesn't over take the zoo in just 10 yrs power supply, major roads, even the port Harcourt to Aba rail line that was functional during the colonial times, are all federal properties |

T.A Orji served for 8 years and installed his stooge Ikpeazu. And currently his agbero son is the speaker of the state assembly. Hope you know what that means. Ikpeazu is just a mere representative of the Orji family. |
Re: Aba; The Sleeping Giant by efficiencie(m): 9:00am On Sep 23, 2019 |
Mrfeel: It is easy to dump blames on Federal Government but you fail to see the role that the eastern leaders play. You have had governors since 1999, what have they done? Look at the east appearing like they got independence in the 2000s. If your governors have done what is right and the Easterners had placed effectiveness above sentiment the laudable strides of the governors would have drawn the attention of the FG to bring more infrastructure to the east...but when what the East does often is rant, rant, rant and rant why will any non-eastern dominated FG direct resources to the East? The day the Easterners start thinking as one, they focus their resources in developing their land and people and they make the East a force to reckon with that is the day that East will be recognized by a non-eastern FG! |
