OROSUNBOLB: Shame no dey catch you to yarn this opata? Ibadan has suffered stunted growth and abandonment and you are here blabbing and foaming in your mouth like someone suffering epilepsy! Ibadan is notorious as the worst town without toilet in Nigeria! You can only lie to people who hasn't been there! Tell me that New York of 1940 still look same as today and I wil believe you!! 1 Like 1 Share |

tot: London still have some of their old ancient buildings still standing today In country like Greece, Turkey and Italy etc you will find some cities still with the ancient touch like Ibadan. Ibadan is almost the same size as Anambra and bigger than Lagos state 2 times. There is old and new part of Ibadan and you can find the brown roofs only in the old part. You can even find some pictures with different colors of roofs in the pictures above, it is something that should be cherish because it is Heritage of the city and what make the city unique. This is picture of Florence a city in Italy looking like Ibadan, I wonder if Italians make jest of it too Let them continue to wallow in their buffoonery 1 Like

goaldynboy: You are the one with no heritage whining about others heritage The area view of both Ibadan and Florence look the same. Are you not the one screaming brown roofs? Is there no brown roofs in the area view of Florence? The Joke is on you because Nyamirin In Ibadan city alone are more than all the Yoruba you will ever find in the Eastern region. Stay in your New York city in Anambra and stop exporting hopeless wretched and nuisance people to other parts of the world. These are the area view of both city and it is both brown. 4 Likes

PureFace1: Exactly. Our diversity, unique and ancient elements should be preserved and celebrated. I fear this country may never move forward the way we are going, the destructive level of tribalism on both sides won't let us progress. It's way too toxic. If a foreigner was interested in visiting Nigeria, say one of the ancient cities, wherever in the country it may be, Nairaland will likely come up in the search's top results and these are the shameful comments they will read. 1 Like |

goaldynboy: Ibadan is three times bigger than Lagos and all the old part can't just disappear in just a short period of time. You will still find the old part of London Every city in the world can't be like New York because I know you love worshiping your white masters Onitsha and Aba is notorious as the dirtiest city in the world, Anambra is notorious as a state without toilet. You can find all kind of roofs in Ibadan, so why are you not talking about the picture of Ibadan below with no brown roofs? Even if Ibadan have no brown roofs you will still have something bad to say about it. The Joke is on you because Nyamirin in Ibadan alone are more than all Yoruba in the East. Stay in your Eldorado in the East and stop migrating like there is a war going on in the East. 3 Likes

goaldynboy: Show us your village oponu. Why won't you know Ibadan and every parts of the universe when the demon that usually drives you guys out of your erosion ravaged barren land is still very much alive and active. Go to every motor park in Yoruba land and see how your OSU slaves are arriving in droves . Ibadan is this and that.....blah,blah! Why don't you stay in your criminal enclaves and build your eldorado there? Mtchew, headless blabber! 2 Likes |

It's painful because these are the things that Nigerians and other people all around the world pay to go and see in Rome. This city happens to be the starting point of our development. the government is not doing anything to boost tourism., Tourism is the only thing that affects every area of the economy from the transport, health, hospitality, food, agriculture etc . An average person coming to your country from abroad will spend between $500 to $5,000 now multiply it by 100,000 people monthly. This is the reason why Dubai keep growing. We all have a part to take tourism to the next height in Nigeria. And the Government need to tak this serious From tot: |

PureFace1: If all the roofs in Ibadan were replaced with modern tiles. Omo ibo will look at it and next day he will coin a new negative to stamp on the city. I dont think you have psychoanalyzed ibo and see thoroughly who he is mentally. Most times ibo give hints about his own inferiority and weakness in the way he labels others. If you look in his labeling, seek an opposite to it....now use that opposite as keyword to do a search on "igbo", "ibo", "eebo" , "Igbo", "eybo", "omo ibo", "okoro" and so on... Results will pop up. There, in news and image, you will find his hidden dirts. Particularly things written about him by colonialists and missionaries are very racist but factual. 3 Likes 1 Share |
