If this is true, then please come and teach me. When I shop, I sometimes look at my purchases and feel I lost some money somewhere.

She could not have bought all this in any market within Lagos....

If she did, then the quality of that chicken is suspect. It should be inspected for diseases. undecided

the op should have included the market she bought all the items, because many places in Nigeria food stuffs is very cheap,I remember when I went to visit my cousin in rayfield Jos,we went to the abattoir to buy meat and a priced a cow head minus the neck and the seller said #3500,I can't believe what I am hearing,we went to the park to eat and lo and behold they are still selling 10 naira meat at the restaurant, this is in 2012.

That's over 6k in Lagos.

At the moment, a kilo of chicken goes for 1800... Turkey 1900
Kpomo - 200 naira per piece, and she has 5 pieces there. (3 pieces for 500 at best)
Smoked titus - 400
Vegetable - 100 naira
That blended tomatoes and pepper - 700

The other things there... roughly 500
20cl red oil - 400naira

So the turkey/chicken is@ what price ? Unless she's seeking attention , that's like 1kilo or even more than . she's probably joking, but there are still some men that will see this post now and attack their wife at home , we should be careful the kind of things we play with. People who take opera news serious grin grin cheesy

She is 100% correct. My wife just confirmed it. It all depends on location the items were bought. If its Owerri, its impossible. Places like Lagos, Benue, Ibadan etc. Its very possible.
