How? If you watched the video well, Tacha pulled mercy's hair, mercy didn't touch Tacha, the house rule is never to go physical when having a misunderstanding.

She purposely instigated the provocation.

She waved her hair in Tacha's face and some strands touched her.

If you watched the video, immediately her hair was pulled by Tacha, Mercy looked directly at the camera like "Biggie hope u captured that?"

And she still went a second time to wave her hair in Tacha's face. She infringed Tacha's personal space.
