AgreatMan:You are perfectly correct, plus the fact that Nigeria boast of a collection of private schools where charges compare to those obtainable outside Nigeria with similar facilities. I been to Babcock and I was amazed 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Don't forget to compare the school fees too. U can't pay 85k a year n expect to get the facility of those that paid 3 million a year that is senseless 5 Likes |

The public toilet in my school is so dirty that you are scared of touching the walls not to mention using it. We use the surrounding bushes when pressed during lectures. Hmmmm 1 Like |

salford:people like u always have a way of supporting this clueless government, maybe u have not heard the level of borrowing going in this administration, I supported Buhari in his first tenure but have come to realise that this government is not in anyway better than the previous government we should learn to deal with the truth at times it won't hurt. 12 Likes |

AgreatMan:How much do Canadians pay for their own school vs how much they earn? In Nigeria, how much do Nigerians earn vs How much do they pay? That's a fairer comparison... You'll discover politicians are the problem in this country. 8 Likes |

HappyCanadian: 1`. It was bad under GEJ's rule too. Many schools in Nigeria were poorly equipped ,and just as wretched under GEJ's rule as they are even now. Let's not tell lies. 2.And no, I'm not defending APC. APC was voted to change things...yet they are doing the same show.(They are even making matters worse by building more universites without a thought for funding them). 3.Canada where you are spends about $60bn on primary school educaiton alone. Spends more than that on tertiary education. Nigeria has $2billion to spend on educaiton. 4.If you want Canada style educaiton, either spend Canada style taxes, or fees before we get there. Nigeria is not a rich nation...and all of you Nigerians are the reason why. You guys want an economy where we export raw materials, and share the money so that we can import. Manufacturing for export like China we no wan do. And then we call each other Aboke, IPOB, Afinja, etc....and vote for the same old corrupt people....whether PDP or APC. Wake up, and stop thrashing your country. Stop supporting corrupt people like GEJ and Buhari....and stop thinking we have a lot of money. We don't/ 12 Likes 1 Share |

What was our debt profile like,in 2014 in comparison to now?Our external debts has increased so much in just few years. Also, what was the price of Petrol then(N87) incomparison to now(N145),yet we are paying much more in fuel subsidy? Are we now drinking Petrol. We need to make our arguments holistic. Truly ,things have gotten worse than they were a few years ago,but we continue to support mediocrity.quote author=salford1 post=82711600] Goodluck in your studies and welcome to Canada.[/quote] 4 Likes |

lagoskind: Politicians are not the ones that dump refuse in the middle of the road in broad daylight, its fellow Nigerians. The same dump refuse inside gutters and then fall sick from disease associated with dirty stagnant water in the same gutters. Fellow Nigerians put a/c all over their houses but do a electrical bypass and pay only 1000 for electricity bill then turn around to blame government for not providing electricity. 18 Likes 6 Shares |

lagoskind: And you would claim to be analytical. It's truly a shame there are many that reason like you. Granted more funding should be made towards education, I daresay we are a poor nation and we truly cannot afford it. In any case, should the provision be made for even higher funding, your likes would poopoo it to be a scheme for looting money. You guys did it with Npower and said it with TraderMoni. Truly a shame. |

salford:It's people like you that have kept our narrative poor and wretched. So you bought into this argument of oil selling $100 and all that during GEJ era. I guess you are educated, but it is a tragedy when people like you buy into the theory of illiterate politicians. If oil was sold $100 during GEJ era, how much was a litre of fuel then? How much is it now? How much was GEJ govt paying as fuel subsidy then and how much is it now? .Do a little research maybe if you are truthful to yourself, you will know how petty your trajectory of discuss has been? A country where your masters negotiate and pay off bandits but arrest innocent citizens who express their opinions. Maybe this country is doomed to fail cos people like you can't use their common sense. It will not be well with people that see.evil and look away cos of sentiment. It is not a matter of PDP or APC. 7 Likes |

GavelSlam: I don't trade words with a Buharist Many of you lack logic The country's leaders inspire the people to be patriotic not the other way round George Washington, Binyamin Franklin's, Andrew Johnson and the.rest (awon Jefferson) inspired the entire American state to be patriotic by their words, actions and.sacrifice Queen Victoria and the elite class of U.K. then inspired the people to put the interest of the crown first, even at the expense of their lives Napoleon did same for France Mao Zedong for the Chinese And Hitler for the Germans (tho his own later.turned destructive ) is it this half dead, son of a birch called Buhari that will inspire that need to be patriotic in Nigeria? or that lazy man called GEJ or that bastard Junkie in bourdillon? when you guys talk, you guys should reason properly The Nigerian is not inspired in any way to be patriotic 13 Likes 2 Shares |
