Most Nigerian banks are not doing core banking functions

They prefer to invest in money markets and financial derivatives..

We need more investment in the real sector they are the movers and changers of any economy.

The effectiveness of any Board hinges on the sophistication of its committees.

Without an efficient and skilled manpowers in Audit Committee, the fate of shareholders would be determined by the prudence of Executive Director.

Yet they have employed more than 30,000 Nigeria citizen.
They create a good living for some Nigeria.
Probably you've done their aptitude test and you failed.
They a private entity so they owe you no explanation on how they run their organization
And in case you don't know they touch life and give scholarship. And they have campus ambassador.

how this one take concern us?
UBA has not done anything for me and for my family. they have been making money for a long time now and how has Nigeria really benefitted from them? they sponsor beauty pageants who end up as sex machines and they cannot sponsor the rehabilitation of decrepit schools.

none of all these beauty pageant contestants has gone to become an inventor. they all end up in the bed. but yet UBA keep sponsoring them instead of sponsoring intelligent people. they refer to pageant contestants as beauty and brain but look at their academic record we no see brain.
how can you qualify someone as intelligent because they give scripted-answers to popular questions?

uba can approve their left brains for all I care. i do not care about Q to talk of 3. how that one take improve my life?
