No, you don't parade suspect who have not even seen his lawyer or heard by a judge. It is illegal as the suspect is presumed innocent in first instance.
Instead you cover their face while parading them. That's the norm even if you MUST parade them.

It won't end because government has seen capturing yahoo boys as an avenue to exploit the illegal returns these boys generate from their crimes,also government isnt creating any options or opportunities for the youths ..if yahoo end maa Pye...upon say den dey kills us for Asia for drug traffiking,he end?
