LegendHero: That's the exact reason lugard carved you guys to Nigeria from Benin republic and Togo. You live in west but more concerned to what Happens here. I hv told you guys to know how to drag your borders to connect all these states and have peace... We can as well make history by saying Ogun state borders Akwa-Ibom.... |

Don't expect akwa Ibom to join in the ipob movement because they were never part of ipob. Even if a segregation happens tomorrow, Akwa Ibom would be the most contested state to be part of either side for one reason: Crude oil & natural gas Just as you have Akwa Ibomites in Iboland, same way we do have Iboes in Akwa Ibom. Where you're getting the idea that there's unwarranted hate for Iboes in Akwa Ibom is unfounded. People don't hate you when you've done nothing wrong. Maybe your predecessor did and now they're more careful and rather not get too close to you. Akwa Ibom should be the least worry of Iboes because the state has been nothing but accommodating to thousands of Iboes in the state today living and creating wealth for themselves. There's hate in South Africa for Nigerians In Malaysia, Cambodia, phillipines etc, Nigerians are caught and prosecuted for scam and drug related offences. A couple are on death row in a couple of countries in the middle East List is endless. Akwa Ibom shouldn't be your issue because they don't owe you allegiance nor hospitality (even though they've already done that). Don't forget it's their land: the ibibios, anaangs and eket. 1 Like |

pazienza: Thank you and once again I have to agree with you. I am happy someone has same intentions as I do. Nnamdi Kanu should be clearly warn to make his agitations strictly SE/Igbo issue. That's a model and a country that will work. Incoporating all these SS is creation of another Nigeria...that will be worse than Sudan. That has been my thoughts. SE is enough to be a country while SS should continue with Nigeria. Is a very simple fact... 1 Like |

UdechiHD:"You people, you guys" who are you referring to, do you even know my ethnicity? Anytime anyone doesn't buy your idea, he/she becomes you people as if you had proved to us that you're truely Igbo yourself. Question still remains, have the Igbos of the SE or SS told you that they want Biafra and if yes, give us a link. Not IPOB's lies and propaganda, I mean from the representatives of the people 1 Like |

awgumayor: God bless you again Igboland is large enough to be a country. Nnamdi and his Ipob adding these SS tribes is creation of another Nigeria that won't work. Remain blessed and is high time Ipob and kanu is called to other. |

MelesZenawi:lmao. Nooo come and form Biafra with ss and se minus Edo and who don't ever accept is either afonja or abokis. Lol |
Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by Nobody: 5:36am On Oct 06, 2019 |
awgumayor: Continue flogging him. Nnamdi Kanu and his useless Ipob are the ones creating this insults for Igbos. |
Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by Nobody: 5:43am On Oct 06, 2019 |
Ekpeitit: You should direct that nonsense to Ipob and kanu who put you there. Trust or no trust is a two way issue and vice versa. Biafra is strictly a homogeneous Igbo states and it will work. SS are better off in Nigeria while Igbos will be better off in Biafra. No sane igbo man if today will support the insertion of akwa ibom into biafra. It will look like the creating another Nigeria that can't work...full of stagnation, ethnicity and no development. Two enemies can't be in same country because that country won't progress or work... |
Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by Nobody: 5:48am On Oct 06, 2019 |
Binikingdowm: Whenever I talked biafra and someone said Edo, I can only say the person is trying to make Edo relevant. I don't dwell much on the afonja or aboki issue, they will never leave Nigeria. All in all, I will never support biafra with any SS tribes because that means we are about to create another failure called a country. Biafra should be strictly and and I mean strictly Igbos and I see the country working very well. SS tribes are better off in Nigeria while biafra are better off with only Igbos. |

wordcat:this word is the smartest word ever. Like I always said, hausa or Yoruba didn't cause Biafra downfall, Niger deltans did it. You people needs to start behaving like Fulani people and push an Igbo agenda even minorities will fear, don't beg only slaves beg. |

Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by Nobody: 6:09am On Oct 06, 2019 |
Ekpeitit: Akwa-Ibom Yoruba man...lol So there is a Yoruba tribe in Akwaibom and many didn't know all these while... You don't need to take another person ethnicity to drive your point home. As a Yoruba man, you can drive your and pressure your point home without claiming you from Akwa-Ibom. There are many insecure citizens in this country, I must confess. |
Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by Nobody: 6:10am On Oct 06, 2019 |
Binikingdowm: It will be a nice thing...If they continue that online but will make sure, is only Igbos nothing else. |

I have said this several times here on Nairaland. Personally, I want an only Igbo Biafra. And I am sure several Igbos want this same. IPOB may have there reason for still holding on to the Old Biafra, but we can still chart a New Biafra of only Igbos. Divide and rule easily works with these SS people and we won't need such loop holes in Biafra. |

Re: Igbos In Akwaibom: Lessons Learned by Area4Area: 6:48am On Oct 06, 2019 |
MelesZenawi:Just a simple question and you can't even answer it for him, tell us when the Igbos of the SE and SS requested for a Biafra, let's leave out the SS minorities for now. |
