Are U for real? U follow us dey dis country abi na pass u dey pass? Last year I took my late dad to d emergency and casualties ward of a specialist hospital here in Abuja and we couldn't get a bed up until 7pm... Like I saw ppl in emergency situations lying on stretchers or d cars dey were brought in for hours with no one attending to dem.. Some were even taken to other hospitals afta spending hours waiting for space... Jus pray U have No reason to go to d emergency ward of a general hospital in dis country, U'll shed tears and have a reorientation about life

Abuja kwa of all nations.. So its now difficult to build more blocks and employ more docs.. Failed country indeed. Gods grace, i will not have an emergency in this shitholle. Simple things the poorest country in other continents does with ease.

During one of my recent trips to Lagos, 9ja... I was passing along Palmgrove, where I grew up. Right in my very presence, a very health-looking young man had a seizure. To my surprise, everyone crowded over him and kept their distances while they watched. I swung in and called one of the cabs queuing for passengers (who initially hesitated) while we rushed him to a nearby clinic. Before we got to the clinic, he had gotten better. Everyone thought I knew him but, I don't. It's just being humane and everyone's responsibility.

The thing with seizures is, let the process run out and the victim would be OK. But they need assistance to avoid accidental contacts with objects during the process. People were suggesting putting things in his mouth but, I objected having gone thru various first aid classes. Some pple thought I was a Doctor and stuff...

my dear , you won't blame the people .our system is not organized, our law system and emergency organization don't work.if I see an injured person on the street in Europe. it's not my duty to take the person to hospital.it is the duty of the emergency unit and police.All i need to do is to call an ambulance and in the next 5 minute , the ambulance and police is there.In naija, u can even be in a problem for helping some body. the emergency organization are not functioning, people don't know what to do in such a situation.our people will rather bring out their phone and make videos to upload on social media.Even some good people may try to call the emergency centre. their number may not be functioning or they tell you no fuel in the operation vehicle.the police are not there. that is the situation in Nigeria.God help us .so make we no condemn people. partly not their fault
