I know it can happen in a church but just because a man is in a suit holding a microphone, and people are holding the Bible don't make it a church.

And by "church", of course I mean in the God sense of the word, for Satan also has his own churches, even though he has also planted some of his own inside of God's church.

But regardless, if that man in the picture is leading people to do that, he is surely not of God but of the devil.
