First account for the $16 BILLION Obasanjo spent and the trillions spent afterwards on power in Nigeria.

Those monies must have gone somewhere right?

This government is not like Obasanjo Govt, if this Govt had governed the country all these years, probably we will not be where we are.
The first four years was hell but the future is looking bright, we have seen some infrastructural development but I just pray the lion that escaped from kano zoo won't swallow this money, because even though this govt has been trying, some news are just difficult to understand

PDP supporters should bury their head in shame. APC pledging $1.61 billion will help us achieve constant power while PDP, under OBJ, squandered $16.00 billion with not 1 megawatt added to our generation capacity. I hope enough of us have a basic understanding of mathematics to note the huge difference between 1.61 billion dollars and 16 billion dollars.

The government has been trying no doubt and compared to PDP I'd say they are a long way ahead of them. Yet, they leave so much to be desired.

You can't just steal 16 BILLION DOLLARS in a country and be walking free, even if you are the king of the world.

Buhari should shake off the supposed cabal and really get to work unless he has already done his best.

1. He needs to take the bull by the horn and crush Boko Haram. He needs to cut them down where they stand. He needs to obliterate them. He need to wipe them and their lineage off the face of existence.

2. He needs to embark on a recovery of all the girls abducted, a recovery of the Northeast and a recovery of the middle belt.

3. He needs to deal decisively and without prejudice the menace of the Fulani herdsmen.

4. He must as a matter of fact start the prosecution of all corrupt politicians in Nigeria. He must not only step on toes but also crush their heads beneath the feet of a reformed judiciary.

5. He must fix without further delay electric power issues in Nigeria.

Let him do these 5 things and he'll have his name written in gold. APC will rule Nigeria for a thousand years.

I agree with you. Nigerians who views things as you do will be the saviour of Nigeria. Buhari indeed needs to do all you have pointed out and more. Yes his government is better than the PDP republic he ousted but more needs to be done and I think a burst of new energy and vitality is needed from Buhari so he can indeed go to his grave knowing he made a difference guiding his people and nation towards the right path forward.

OBJ has regrets and so does GEJ. IBB even confesses that June 12 still haunts him till today. Buhari should be mindful to do all he can so he can hold his head high, after office, as a leader who gave his all to transform Nigeria for the better. We will all leave nothing behind but our name and actions - good or bad. Nigerian leaders should remember this.
