Mompha was used to launder a $5m internet scam money in Dubai. He got tip that Interpol is about to track him down in Dubai, bought a ticket and flew to Nigeria without letting anyone know his whereabout but unbeknown to him, Interpol tracked him through his airline ticket and and signaled EFCC to arrest him before he arrived Nigeria. He is in EFCC custody, possible destination is either USA or Dubai to face criminal charges.

We know that there are 4 Nigerian Instagram big boys that are linked to BCE scam which are being tracked arising out of a plea bargain of a big boy in the net of the FBI.

Sadly one of them is a newly elected HOR member.........

Abeg what's the initials of the HOR member?....curious.

Atleast more than half of mompha money better be legit and all this a little misunderstanding or mistake if not the guy fall my hand seriously flaunting illegal money like that is not wise bt that is the power of illegal wealth u must show urself.


There are many people richer than mompha and even legit laying low. However Mompha has inspired a lot of people both positively and negatively unlike the overly coded ones that inspire nobody.

But in Naija, those scam guys are always happy when musicians hail them in songs. You're right...all EFCC has to do is download that song, and start investigation on the names 9ice mentioned one after the other.

EFCC must have downloaded the song and many other Nigerians songs where criminals are mentioned, even their oga must have heard them. They must be investigating others.
