Its commendable no doubt, I am not belittling this achievement but I think there are far more serious issues Port Harcourt needs right now like urgent solutions to the insecurity and cult crises, more jobs etc. Buts it's an achievement no less.

And I lived and worked in Port Harcourt for over 5 years before relocating so I am no stranger to the city

U are right.

No other city in rivers state except ph.
Their politicians are very backwards. All the numerous chiefs there don't actually know what they want.
Then again, rivers people are very hostile to strangers that's why some mini cities there have refused to blossom into cities.

Everybody want to live in ph.

But then again, the flyover is long overdue. Wish it can bypass east west road to eleme junction.
That road is always bad. Flooding always due to the topography of the area. Don't know much about ph again

So good to be reading some positive and good news coming out from Rivers state in recent times.
That part of town really needs a flyover.
