The documents of the new awardees in my school were recently back to the school for proper endorsement, but it has been sent back to fsb

most likely, tho he told the new guys that if they don't get don't the stuff done quickly, that fsb will shift it to the side

Normal as in general savings account in your name and not student's savings account? Confirm from your bank because that's the only way to resolve your issue

yeah... I went to bank more 3x they told me nothing has been sent and hanged. But the desk officer of our sch at FSB asked awardees with dsame issue to send their bank account details and bank statement. We did so and yet we've not got any hopeful response from them.
