Barondenigeria: I think it is a stretch to say Brexit impacted FDIs without indicating the extent. You left the recession, you left the foreign exchange crisis and went all the way to Brexit? I do not think Brexit moved the FDI needle in any significant manner. Our own troubles did a good enough job. 2 Likes |

It will benefit Nigeria so much especially Nigerians in the UK. Normally as an Eu state Eu citizens get more preference in jobs recruitment over u an African immigrant but with Brexit all of u are equal in the Jobs markets 2 Likes |

Brexit would only affect or impact Nigerians positively. Massive brain drain is expected because most of the EU expatriates would leave the UK and that would in effect create vacuum amongst the ever-lazy Britons. GBP is now becoming weaker by the day and eventual Brexit would make it lose its values woefully. UK must exercise caution in this selfish move. 1 Like |

Money laundering is more like it. Now your masters will have nothing stopping thrm to destroy your nation, your future and your children children's future. You should be proud. FYI, you need to educate yourself on EU's rules and regulations governing free movement of persons with an unbiased mind. It is no one's fault if the British government would moan rather than implement measures to secure its borders. GuestLog: |

there was a referendum won by the majority to decide brexit but just because the minority doesn't like the outcome of the election, they are now asking for another one also using delaying tactics against a so called democratic process. what is the power of the majority carry the vote then. Democracy indeed |

helinues:Election all over the world is not that simple ... for example: Brexit ; How can approximately 52% seal the fate and faith of 48% .... ..... What happened to the interest of the 48% Those who voted in favour voted emotionally and to me majority of them are semi-educated and Less informed ..... Now, the elites are finding it difficult to achieve favorable terms under Brexit ... EU ain't dumbass ..... What is favourable to EU will be less Favourable to UK (UK still want to maintain Royalty) ...... What is Favourable to UK will be less Favourable to EU (Belgium will not accept defeat) .... 1 Like |

Lol!!! Seriously, some countries have natural disasters to deal with, some have no natural resources, some have low population and pay people to come to their country, some have very little land mass. Nigeria has none of these issues, then we create disasters that only Nigerians can create. Like squandering $460million, Making Billions of Abacha loot disappear without infrastructure to show for the $Billions, getting tangled with fake companies in the P&ID case. For crying out loud Abacha loot can build a world class health center in every community in Nigeria. But Nigerian natural disaster has happened to the money. pocohantas: |

Brexit is a gamble. Don't believe UK Conservatives when they said "The new immigration policy after Brexit with attract Skilled Immigrants" One of the strongest forces that gave birth to Brexit is "...more robust IMMIGRATION policy"... EU laws has been preventing UK unleashing her new joker. Here is the problem of orthodox British politicans like " the Tros", they wanted dominance on international scene, but other countries are wiser unlike pre-colonial era. 1 Like |

OP, thank you so very much for creating this thread. I have been looking for an opportunity to ask these questions about Brexit: - What is the meaning of a deal Brexit? - What is the meaning of a no-deal Brexit? - What decision about Brexit made David Cameron to resign? - What was Theresa May's stance on Brexit when she came in - a deal Brexit or a no-deal Brexit? What was it she couldn't achieve that led to her resignation? - What is BJ's position on Brexit? Thanks for your anticipated reply! |
