Today been October 30th, 2019 is the Kaduna state Women Economic Empowerment Summit. The Kaduna state

Commissioner for Human Services and Social Development, Mrs Hafsat Mohammed Baba in her welcome address has stated that today marks another milestone for every woman in Kaduna State who has benefitted & contributed to Malam @elrufai’s sustainable people-oriented policies & projects.

The Fourth Kaduna Women Economic Empowerment Summit is to Showcase the Economic Viability of the Kaduna Woman through the Kaduna State Women Empowerment Fund (KADSWEF), a N200,000,000.00 single digit loan targeted at women in cooperatives who have petty trades.

KADSWEF is also targeted at young female entrepreneurs and startups, with a 10% component set aside for women with disabilities.
