One can occupy any political office in Nigeria with just affidavit.

One cannot swear to an affidavit on nothing. The affidavit was sworn to based on the existence of a certificate which was either lost, stolen or damaged beyond recognition. You cannot circumvent the law by swearing to an affidavit over a document you NEVER HAD.

Buhari has a certificate and besides this, that is the least of the qualifications he required and he incidentally had gone ahead to get even bigger qualifications as high as a masters degree. Thus the certificate bruhaha is rendered null and void and thus a stupid move by ATIKU and his lawyers to file a petition against it.

Stupid PDP, stupid followers, stupid Atiku and stupid lawyers

Money spent on the Supreme Court nonsense should have been channeled for reinforcing and strategies for 2023. Atiku should have known better.

This is Nigeria where the judiciary is a joke.

God bless Nigeria

Forget the talk about the judiciary being a joke and be real, Beremx.

Even, a smart ten year old knows Atiku has no case. All his hopes were built on lies and fictions.

And you his supporters know it.

Buhari does have his certificate

Because if you believe he doesn't, you have to believe that he got into the Nigerian Military Training College without his certificate in 1961 and that he was the only one of his generation who did that, meaning that our Army, which was still run by white people was so incompetent to overlook that.

Plus his Continuous assessment sheets prepared for the exam are available and have been released.its what the principal of his alma mater and eventually waec used to prepare his attested result.

ABBA Kyari made matters worse for his boss by submitting that fake result in court.

What did you expect before cheesy

In my whole life I have never seen or heard that a seating president was impeached or lose a verdict. Atiku is wasting his time.

American Senators are also wasting their time and energy on the impeachment process of Trump aside from the impeachment process Trump will definitely win next year election, the only difficult thing is to shove a successor down the throat of electorates.

Infact it will be very very hard for a seating president to lose an election the probability is very low, if not for the dumbness of GEJ he would have still be in power if he knows his ways.
