jonneljonn: Even if Onnoghen was still the CJN, Atiku would still lose, because his case was pure rubbish. Server claim was on hearsay, no solid evidence, buhari certificate matter was stupid, his own witnesses gave contradictory statements, some even testified in favor of Buhari, and his drama tactics in court was terrible. His lawyers just ate his money 16 Likes 5 Shares |

Zik want to be a Democratic president but he did not. Awolowo want to become president he did not. Abiola was so prominent than you even win an election yet he is not president. Atiku you have been trying since 1993 but you didn't make it, just thank God for your last position of been a VP I think that's enough. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Either way, it's a sad day for Nigeria. Would have expected an Atiku victory would have led to a cleaning up of how we conduct elections in Nigeria. On the other hand, it is obvious Buhari does have a certificate. Either way, as a Nigerian, both parties have nothing to offer Nigeria. No economic policies, bad security policy , nothing. |

IamR: There's a European country where a clown became president There's also the US where a buffoon became president Advanced countries don't put artificial barriers while simultaneously saying anyone can aspire to be anything because society is free and progressive. You people think presidents must perforce be academic professors.....nope. Most countries prefer successful businessmen or military leaders.....then presidents gather the academics to solve problems. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Supreme Court delivers first ruling against Atiku, PDP The Supreme Court on Wednesday delivered its first ruling against the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar. Atiku and his party are before the apex court to challenge the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari at the February 23, 2019 poll. The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, who leads the seven-man panel of the apex court, in the lead ruling consented to by other members, overruled Atiku and his party’s request that their seven interlocutory appeals should be heard after the main one must have been argued. The seven-man panel held that it would be unnecessary to hear the interlocutory appeals when a judgment on the main appeal marked SC.1211/2019 would cover the field. |

CaptainMeks: Your senses needs complete overhauling. How does it affect atiku? Oh, he wouldn't be able to feed his family after the ruling? How much has he spent from his worth that most senseless people are crying for him. I want to believe atiku and other sensible people knew this will be the result but senseless people unlike atiku will recoil into their shell without challenging the daytime robbery. Though poverty has been subjecting people to compulsory muteness and dumbness in the face of justice since time immemorial. |

CaptainMeks:After listening for 8hrs to Justice Mohammed Garba led panel dishing out the verdict , I said that Atiku challenging this at the apex court is a pure waste of time. Garba spent a lot of time explaining the reasons for their verdict on the appeals filed by PDP. Atiku's lawyers feigned ignorant and stll carry rheir useless and hopless server claim to the supreme court. Sorry, better Atiku ask for refund from his lawyers. These lawyers in their deepest heart know that Atiku does not have any case but still pushed him to the gluttoine. For those saying rubbish about CJN Tanko, u people are just being petty. How do u expect only the cjn to have a say on the case led by 7man panel? The man has really shown that he cannot be cajoled into doing what is not morally right by the PDP and CUPP pettiness. Imagine, they shouted that the appeal court president should recuse herself becos of her husband affliation with the apc but refuse to understand that Mary Odili and Ngwuta will not be allowed to sit in the panel becos of affliation to pdp. Pdp forgets that what is good for the goose is equally good for the gander. That CUPP president, Imo Ugochinyere should be careful with the way he is playing his politics. If DSS arrest him now, my dear nothing will happen. He should not give them the impression that he is untouchable otherwise they will look for one of his crimes and nail him. That time, nobody will save him. He will be totally on his own. If he doubts these, he can ask Sowore. 10 Likes 3 Shares |

KingsCity: I campaigned and voted for Atiku, but that server mata just wik me. I mentioned it on Nairaland and one particular guy was asking for my head. With all the efforts and investment to record and report violations by APC, he spent almost all the time available to argue from the server angle.
