This country cannot be better with this path we are heading. Infact, even if we had another president in the near future. We won't still make any progress.
Honestly, i think this country needs a RESET.
Maybe chaos, revolution or even recolonization!

You brought a dead case to the Supreme Court to waste the time of their Lordships. And they threw it out because it lacked merit, thereby calling the lawyers to the petitioners oponus.

So the Justices of the Court of Appeal wasted their time to read a 9 hour judgement? And you want the Supreme Court Justices to listen to your nonsense? Why is it that we cry foul when the law does not favour us?

I think we need to start jailing people and imposing fines for bringing cases that lack merit to our courts.

Now Timi Frank, it would have been easier to prove that the elections were flawed, than to make ridiculous claims of a non-existent server or bribery with tradermoni. The elections would have been cancelled and a fresh rerun ordered. Mike Ahamba, Abubakar Malami and James Ocholi proved the elections were flawed in 2007, causing a split in the Supreme Court decision. They didn't go all out to prove Buhari won, because everyone knows he didn't, at least in 2007.

Political Activist!

What exactly is the definition of political activist?

Meanwhile regarding the case, any sane mind knew the case was dead on arrival. The so called 'killer punches' relied upon by PDP were just too lousy. Imagine hoping to upturn a presidential election on the basis of some cooked up results which were admittedly stolen from a fake inec server? And then the second punchline being that Buhari has no WAEC result so therefore should be disqualified (meanwhile he has certificates higher than WAEC).

Even the lead PDP counsel in the person of Ozekhome was even heard few months ago explaining how the cabal would prevent Osinbajo taking over from PMb in 2023; with such a comment, did anyone still need special cerebral intervention to know the supreme court case was a waste of time and resources?

You said it all...but SANs must chop na, bitter wailers must keep crying...
Public sentiment doesn't win court cases...

Atiku defense was weak, hinging a victory to a server, in a country that doesn't have e-voting in its constitution. Even if a server was found with some results, how do you marry that with our electoral act? The elections were not perfect, but when have we ever had perfect elections in Nigeria,? from the days of Awo & Zik there have been accusations and counter-accusations of rigging, it's not new.

Sarki or kwankwaso rabiu musa or tambwal could have had a better chance to win the election than Atiku. It could have been this line up if PDP have any chance against APC. TAMBWAL/WIKE TICKET. CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR NW= KWANKWOSO/SULE LAMIDO.
NE= CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR=ATIKU/DANKWAMBO/BALA MOHD/Darius Ishaku.
SW=Fayose/opc leaders. Middle belt=ortom,David mark,Jang Jonah. National campaign chairman GEJ,MAKARFI/SARAKI/DINO/ATIKU. SARKI be fighting the cold with the presidency,Makarfi with the strategy been the former chairman of the party, ATIKU with the money, Dino connecting with the youths, GEJ WITH the international connection.... But greed no gree free them. Their fall was colossal.

[quote author=kidap post=83618076]Atiku Vs Buhari: Supreme Court Displayed Show Of Shame -frank

...Says hailers today may become victims tomorrow

A political activist and former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Timi Frank, has reacted to the Supreme Court judgement which upheld the victory of General Muhammadu Bubari, discribing the decision as "a show of shame by the judiciary."

Frank also warned the few beneficiaries who were hailing the outcome of the apex court to be careful not to fall victims in the near future.

The political activist in a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja on Thursday, declared that the Waziri Adamawa Atiku Abubakar, will remain a true hero of democracy in Nigeria despite the ruling.

The Bayelsa born activist described the ruling as not only the worst but a daylight robbery in the history of Nigeria. It is an embarrassment and a total show of shame as other countries will be laughing at our judiciary.

Frank, who thanked Atiku's supporters at home and abroad, believe that what transpired at the Supreme Court was a coup against democracy.

"It was a well scripted drama. The evil agenda was perfected before General Buhari left the country in pretence. It was a collaboration between the presidency and the Supreme Court. Most Nigerians were shock at the speed at which the panel dismissed the case because the judgement came as a surprise to them.

"Nigerians will recall that I exposed the handpicked names of the panel members two days before Justice Tanko made it public. But surprisingly and shamelessly, the anti-democratic forces, despite the exposure still went ahead with the handpicked list. They have sold their consciences to the devil.

"The current apex court has taken the country far backward in the justice administration and it will take the mercy of God for all the actors in this sham to escape the hottest part of hell.

"This is a judgement that posterity will never forgive all those who sat on it and allowed themselves to be compromised. All those who allowed themselves to be used shall fully received their reward.

"It will be on record that certain Justices had opportunity to right the wrong but decided otherwise."

Frank, who expressed joy in the law of posterity, said unavoidably all those who are gloating today in the injustice done to Atiku Abubakar, will have their days with posterity in near future.

"It is not all about Atiku Abubakar, he can not go hungry. It is about the future of young Nigerians. If Nigerians will continue to seat back and refuse to fight for their rights, the obvious hunger, poverty, insecurity, unemployment, incompetence hands in government and all other problems facing the country will not voluntarily disappear," Timi Frank warned.

He, however, called on Nigerians not to fold their hands any longer, adding that "all democratic institutions like National Assembly, Judiciary and others built by former leaders have been destroyed under the current administration of General Muhammadu Buhari."

Signed:
Comrade Timi Frank
Political activist
Abuja.

Serious contempt of court from this dirty mouthed low life.
He thinks he can be disrespectful the highest court in the land?

Pick up the cretin and teach him some lesson. Low life product of Nigerias fallen educational system.

Atiku is not even a university graduate but look at his reaction to the judgement ...choosing his words carefully.
Peter Oni, a business man was measured and cultured in his reaction to a judgment he did not support but will abide by.

That is the difference between the standard of education and grooming of the past compared with the current one that is churning.out cultists and prostitutes yearly.

AGF, pick him up and make him an example pls.
