Guy whats up?

I need a 'social networking site" i.e like facebook that will have the following features-

A chat, Friend sharing pictures, blg, messaging et al.

I want to know if you will be able to do this within a week.

I dont mind a downloaded open source script that will just be needed to be modified a bit.

I have a limited budget on this as IT IS MY PERSONAL PROJECT.

Note: i am also into web development (not a super guru though) but i am currently hooked up badly with a management consulting services for my clients and as well don't have time to work on this stuff.
