All these people calling for the petition of the people named in living things track don't understand. Efcc knows the caliber of people they prosecute anyhow. They need to do their investigation and have concrete evidence before prosecuting the high and mighty. These people have lawyers too and can't be intimidated anyhow without any evidence. this isn't peculiar to efcc. We have seen cases where criminals were paraded before the media even when a search is still on for their accomplices. We have seen news media publishing the next move of the military. This is wrong.

We all know these guys are fraudsters but that shouldn't be our problem. Nigeria problem is bigger than that. Our boss is in mortuary since 2017 and we are here parading a foreigner as our boss. That has been jumping up and down inside plan. Is it not the same man that nearly fall during 2015 campaign with a fried body? God punish all those who package this for us

We are both saying the same thing. If efcc invite them for questioning, they can easily go when they believe their track is covered. They will answer any question. These are highly intelligent people you know. So, it's on the part of efcc to get their investigation done and have concrete evidence before they can prosecute anyone. I believe, interpol gave them info and concrete evidence for the case of mompha before they arrested him. Hope you get what am saying now.

Parading criminals is standard practice except in extreme cases.
Nigeria law enforcement agencies do secretly hold high profile terrorists but you won't know because they aren't paraded.

All the Yahoo boys currently being tried by the FBI have accomplices who are at large but that didn't stop them from
being paraded(mugshots) and tried in public court.

It is wrong to always assume the worse with Nigerian institutions based on foreign some fantasies.

if the arrested Mopha had info like this about himself, do you think he would have easily been arrested in a Nigerian airport? It would have involved interpol and extradiction and these are complex processes. With this info, do you think hushpuppi will even be coming to Nigeria soon? He will even be trying to cover all evidence against him.
