Where did it say hit and run? The man was arrested and they had to let him go because it was an accident and he wasn't under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Just hope they aren't like the US and the case is still under investigation.

Stop posting, the more you post the more ignorant you become. The case is still under investigation. Have you ever heard of gathering evidence in a case? Nobody is defending anyone but the cops job is to gather information, present that information to the district attorney and let him do his job. Its not like Nigeria, different countries have different laws.
