Everything seems perfect, the weather, the cool breeze and also my angel seated next to me. I love Camille so much and has always wanted to spent the rest of my life with her. I have just proposed to her, i don’t care about anyone else, not even my own father who never liked her, he has always wanted Karen for me, but i was so stubborn to listen to him, am a man enough to choose and decide for myself.
“i love you so much Antonio, thank you for accepting me, for who i am, since you know everything about my past,” Camille said in her sweet tiny voice which make me chuckle, she has a sweet voice too. I pulled her closer to me then kissed her passionately.
“i won’t allow you experince what happen to you in the past,” i said then use my thumb to wipe the tears falling from her sparkling eyes. She’s just too perfect, beauty with brains even thou she’s from a poor family, she’s such a strong woman and i so much believed in my Camille. Soon it began to rain and we had shower in the rain, it so much fun chasing each other in the rain like kids, i promise never to love any woman aside from my Camille, my angel. After the rain finally stopped i quickly carried Camille to my car and drove her home. I guess her mother must be damn worried about her.
“oh no Camille, won’t you catch cold? her mother quickly asked, she seems to be a caring mother, i wished to experience such love from a mother but it never happen. I lose my mom at ten and ever since then i have being living with my damn father who is not even concern about his son’s happiness all he wanted was his business secured and me getting married to Karen but never. Am not a kid to let him control me.
“mother, am fine,” Camille said smiling, i love her smiles, dimple appear on her cheeks when she smiled.
“i love your dimples,” i whisper to her while she smiled her mother welcome me inside while i entered.
“you two are drenched, you need to change your dress i don’t want you catch cold,” her mother said again so worried.
“okay mom, Antonio come with me,” Camille said while i followed her to her room.
“mom is right, we shouldn’t have play in the rain like kids,” she said while i softly pinch her nose while she chuckle.
“okay then let bath together,” i said while she arhced an eyebrow.
“don’t be too silly,” she said shyly while i laughed, i know Camille is quite a shy type but not too shy.
“sir Antonio! i heard her mother called my name she was holding a clean towel, i don’t like it when they call me sir, especially her. Thank goodness i was able to force Camille to stop calling me sir and she did.
“you can call me Antonio,” i said while she smiled
“have this,” she said while i collect it then hand it over to Camille.
“i have my own towel,” she said removing her shoes and cleaning the driplets of water from her long black shining hair, i really lover her hair, i mean i lover her and everything about her is so special.
“come with me,” Camille’s mother said while i looked at Camille she gave me a charming smile and i followed her mom.
“you can call me Antonio,” i said to her mom while she smile.

Am Camille Meltzer, am just twenty one years and so much in love with Anton, his full name is Antonio Santagio, one of the famous billionaire son in canada. They’re are filthy rich but that not the reason why i love Anton, i love him and not his money or for his popularity. i’ve already break up with Leo my good for nothing Korean boyfriend, i regretted giving him my body. Well i guess you guys want to know my story, nothing much about me, am just a beautiful girl from a poor family, living with my mom Sarah i looked so much like her, i really missed my father.

My father died just one year ago when i was twenty. Mom wasn’t at home that evening while i and dad were making dinner. A man dressed in black shirt, a pair of black jeans trouser and a boot came into our house and threaten to kill me and my dad if he didn’t have a taste of me. I know he must be one of those that like me, cos every guy has always wanted me to be girl, i only accept one person and that’s Leo but everything changed when i meet Antonio. He almost hit me with his car on the road and that was the first day we meet. I love him at first sight and i know he’s the one for me. Ever since then i don’t know how Antonio was able to know my house, he was so kind and that how we get to meet as friends.
“i love you Camille but you never notice me, all you care about is Antonio and no one else,” the man dressed in black yelled at me pointing his gun towards my dad.
“please do whatever you want to do with me but don’t hurt my father,” i begged in tears.
“now unclad yourself or else i killed your father,” he yelled while i cried, i pleaded but it all went on deaf ears, the man tore my gown and forcefully kissed me, dad wasn’t able to do anything because the man tied him up. How can my own dad watch me, his only daughter being raped, this the worse wickedness ever, dad eyes were closed as tears drop from his eyes i know he couldn’t stand to watch his own lovely angel being raped in front of him. This man have his way in me, he use his hand to close my mouth while he raped me to his satisfaction, he kept thrusting in and out of, going more deeper, i couldn’t help but to bleed badly. “say your last prayer,” the man said pointing his guy at my dad. This guy must be stupid he just used me and want to killed my dad again.
“please spare my dad,” i cried but before i knew it the guy shoot my dad on his forehead and hurridely left out of the house. I managed to stood up then crawl to my dad and held him tight he was already death. I cried in pains and as i held my own father death. This unknown guy just disvirgin me, he used me badly and still have the nerve to kill my father. I quickly stood up then picked up a pills on a table and swallow it. I just hope i don’t get pregnant. All thanks to Lara my friend at school who forgot the pills in my bag.
“jesus! my mom scream as she walked in, thank goodness she’s still alive and has back home safely.
“what happen to your dad,” my mom yelled out then held dad as she cried, she didn’t notice the blood stain in my dress or how half naked i am. She was just focused on dad.
“he killed my father,” i cried while mom turn to me.
“who did this? she asked.
“i don’t know mom, he was putting on mask, i can’t even recognise him,” i cried. I slowly stood up to the bathroom to freshen myself up but mom seems to notice what happen to me now.
“what..w..hat ha..ppen to you? mom stammered wiping away her tears.
“i was raped mom, he raped me! i said in tears while mom hugged me tight leaving dad still lying lifeless.
“who could he be? mom asked while i said nothing cos i have no idea of who the person is. I freshen up and changed into a simple gown, my heart was broken and totally shattered i couldn’t help but to cry the more, my dad is death and am raped. After dad burial i and mom promise to find that person and have our revenge. Days passed, weeks passed, months passed and now it being a year. I wipe away my tears then took off my dress and tied a towel around my chest, i quickly took a hot shower not to catch cold just as mother said then then applied a lotion to my skin and quickly dressed in my pyjamas. Am now feeling warm, i walked to the sitting room and meet Antonio dressed in a singlet and plain trouser. Mom must have given him that. It was just last week i brought it and intend to give him as a gift even thou i know he’s damn rich and has more cloths, i just want him to know how much i love him.
“you look so sweet,” he said while i smiled then walked up to them, they were all seated round our small wooden dining table, it has only three seats which belong to me, mom and my dad, i still feell so sad, i really missed my dad.
“dinner is ready,” mom said while i smiled then steal a glance at Antonio who was staring at me.
“hope you like it? i asked while he smiled then winked at me.
“i so much like it,” he said aloud which make me and mom laughed. I can’t believe the rich and well respected Antonio is the one in my small apartment having some local meal as dinner.

Antonio’s POV
The food taste so great. Camille and her mom are such a great cooks, they look so much alike but of course my Camille is more beautiful. Her mom is such a nice woman, she gave me this new singlet and plain trouser to wear, she said Camille brought it and was planing to give me. Awwnn Camille is so sweet. Their house looks so small and they lived in the small area but the room is so neat and i like it. I will make sure i get a new house for her mother cos i will soon get married to Camille i don’t want her to suffer, i will also make sure the person who murder her father and rape her, pay fo what he did, justice must prevail. I promise to help Camille in everything, i know she’s still hurt that’s why am here in her life to make her happy.
“Camille! i called out her name then placed my hands on her warm hands she seems so lost in thoughts.
“are you okay? i asked softly while i saw a drop on tears slide down her cheeks.
“Camille,” i called so worried then stood up and she quickly stood up and pushed all the dishes to the ground.
“just leave me, stay away from me,” she yelled at me as she threw whatever her hand laid on, she’s getting out of control and i wonder what wrong with her.

“just leave go away! she yelled aloud and her hands were shivering, her eyes were suddenly red which was freaking me out…

“Camille! I called out then hurried to her room but i guess i was too late cos it already locked up, i knocked the door but she wasn’t saying anything, i could only hear her cried.
“Sir Antonio..uhmmm am sorry but you should please leave..
“Leave! i can’t leave while i know fully well that Camille is not okay,” i quickly said.
“i know she’s only hurt about the past, i pray she will soon get over it cos it now a year,” her mother said wiping away her tears with her palm.
“am really sorry about this,” i said softly while she nodded.
“look Camille, am always here for you, and i love you so much, i don’t care about your past and i will do everything in my power for justice to prevail over the death of your father, just confide in me, please stop hurting yourself,” i said softly close to her door but she wasn’t saying anything.

“if that’s the case am not going home, i will sleep here tonight,” i said while she arched an eyebrow.
“sleep here in the slum ! in this small house, we don’t have any extra bed sir, please you need to leave, i will talk to Camille myself,” she said while i nodded.

I wipe away my tears after hearing what mom said she was right i should just get over this but i can’t help it, i can’t forget it, am just so desperate to know the person that rape and still killed my father. I stood up from the floor then packed my messy hair in a bun, i quietly open the door then rushed to the bathroom to vomit, i felt relieved, my stomach was paining me so badly, i quickly rinse my mouth and went out but bumped into Antonio, he quickly hugged without saying anything.
“i thought you’ve left,” i whisper while he withdrew from the hug and kiss my forehead.
“are you alright? are you still thinking about your past? he asked while i kept quiet and wipe the tears in my eyes.

“thank you,” i said softly, he held my hand and we walked to the sitting room, we both laid down on a couch, i rested my head on his chest, while he kept caressing my hair until i fall asleep.

I slowly open my eyes and discovered i slept with Antonio here, my head was still on his chest, he was sleeping so peacefully, i stared at him for a while before getting up.

“morning princess,” i heard my mom’s voice from behind.

OMG I can’t believe i slept so much, since yesterday evening and it ten already, i quickly jumped from my bed aand saw my mom making breakfast.
“you slept early and still woke up late,” mom said while i just sighed.
“good morning mom,” i said with a sad smile, i don’t think am okay.
“let me have a taste of this soup,” i said trying to sip from the spoon but i felt irritated by the aroma then rushed to the bathroom and spit out some saliva, seems like i want to vomit again, i felt so dizzy. Mom held my hand and took me to my room.

“pregnant, did you just said pregnant mom, of course not, am not pregnant,” i quuickly defended myself then stood up and fold my hands.
“then why are you acting like you are? she asked.
“look mom, nothing happen between Antonio and i, and neither do anything happen between me and Jake, am already engaged to Antonio mom and you know our wedding will push through next month. Am perfectly fine, your daughter is not pregnant,” i said smiling while my mom sighed.
“i doubt so,” she said which make me angry.
“are you doubting me mom, just take a good look at me am not pregnant, i guess it malaria trust me mom,” i said so pissed off.
“okay.. am sorry Camille, if you say so, am just concern i don’t want any man to end up dumping you because i love you so much,” she said while i smile a bit then scratch my hair.
“i will just get some drugs from the chemist down the street, your daughter is fine mom, i love you too and won’t disappoint you,” i said then picked up my jacket nd went outside, i breathe out. ..The next morning, i woke up feeling a bit dizzy, i need to do something before my mom figure out this. I packed few of my clothes in a bag, i need to visit Catherine one of my friend.

“i have told Antonio and he said he will showed up before i leave,” i said, we heard a knock on the door and i went to open and was surprise to see Anton dressed so good as usual, he’s so handsome. I quickly hugged him so tight.
“can i go with you? he asked.
“huh.. look Catherine is just sick and ned my assistance for some days or week before her parents come back from cebu, it not like i will stay for years, we’ll talk on phone,” i said while he nodded then kissed me slightly on the lips.

“seems you like your friend so much? he asked.
“sure Catherine and i has always been good friends during our high school days, she loves me so much and has been taking good care of me when am down, i need to show some concern now that she need me the most,” i said while Antonio smiled.
“that’s so sweet of my girl,” he said while i smiled.
“i will come visit you anytime here,” he said while i nodded. I watch him left, he wink at me before getting into the car. What have i done to myself??
I walked in and meet Catherine having breakfast.
“hey Camille, you’re welcome,” she said smiling. I walked in sluggishly and wipe away the tears in my eyes.
“so have you fixed the date of your wedding, i can’t believe my Camille is getting married to a billionaire, wow am gonna be rich too, you’re so lucky Camille,” she said so excited but i didn’t say anything, i just cried silently.
“Ca…Camille? are you okay? she asked concern.
“yes.. no i mean no! Catherine am pregnant!,” i said..
“wow so soon, but what the big deal, you’ll soon gonna get married to him right, hope you’ve told him about it? she asked. Catherine ask too many questions she can be so annoying atimes.
“are you crying? she asked when she realise the tears falling down my eyes.
“it not Anton responsible for the pregnancy, it Jake my ex boyfriend,” i said making Catherine looked shocked.
“Bleep!!! you just bleeped up Camille… Damn! what the heck were you were thinking. You’re pregnant for your ex while it just a month to your wedding with your handsome billionaire,” she yelled.
“yes Catherine it all my fault for telerating Jake in the first place, but he ended up raping me,” i said in tears then explain to her what happen and how i have lied to my mom and Anton that she’s sick.

Catherine comforted me and after that i took my bath and have my own breakfast, i can’t believe i lied to my mom and Anton, will they ever forgive me if they find out the truth someday?? I called my mom and that evening and later called Antonio on phone, we talked and talked until i later fall alseep, i never got tired of talking to him, he has his own way to make me happy whenever am with him, maybe if i should tell him about this pregnancy he will understand and still accept me, but his dad will see me as a slut, this will cause so much troubles, i can’t lose Anton not now, i have to hide this one secret from him, even from my own mother.

The next morning i woke up feeling a little bit weak and sad, am so sad about the whole thing, Catherine promise to take me to one of her personal doctor to help me abort this, am so nervous, what if i die in the process, why will i have to be heartless to my innocent child that knows nothing? i can’t believe this myself. Catherine took me to Mrs. Whitney, her doctor, i was given some drugs to take.
“you’re just four weeks pregnant dear, this drugs will flush everything in you within an hour,” she said while i swallowed the drugs, i was so scared that i might end up dying. After some minutes i felt my stomach paining me so badly, i held it tight and fall to the ground, i have never experience something like this before, even my menstural pain is nothing compare to this, i felt like hell and i thought i was going to die, soon i saw a thick blood runing down my leg, Catherine and the doctor helped me stood up and took me to the bathroom. I kept rolling in pain until i finally stopped the bleeding, seems like i lose so much blood, i took my bath and change into something portable.
“have this,” the doctor said then dropped some pills on the table.
“this will help you a lot,” she said but before i knew it i collasped to the ground.

. I woke up and saw myself on a bed, my hand connected to a blood.
“you’ve lose a lot of blood but you’ll be fine,” Catherine said while i smile a bit.
“it better this way than to lose Anton for the rest of my life,” i said.
“but Camille, don’t you think it dangerous keeping such secret even from your own mother, does that mena you don’t trust her? Catherine asked.
“of course i do, i don’t want her to get worried, i don’t want to be a burden anymore, i know if my mom knows about that she will never allow me to abort it,” i said as tears slide down my eyes.
“but you have to tell Anton when you get married or before marriage,” she said.
“i can’t tell him that Catherine, i don’t want to lose him,”
“but if he truly loves you then he’ll understand you, please Camille don’t keep this secret from him,” she said while i just nodded.
….The next day, i was discharged from Mrs. Whitney apartment because i was a little bit fine. Catherine made some soup for me when we arrived. I felt so sad aborting my baby but at the same time i wanted it this way because i don’t want Jake to end up being the father of my child.

Antonio’s POV
Work was hectic and boring so i just went out with my buddy Nicholas, he has been my best friend and only him understand me so well.
“so what about Camille, are you sure your dad will allow you pushed through with your wedding? he asked

I arrived home and meet Karen already at the sitting room, i know dad must have told her to wait for me.
“where have you been all this while Anton, don’t tll me you’re busy with that slum girl, are you trying to chose a slum girl over me, look Anton don’t stoop this low to marry that lowlife,” she ranted while i sighed.
“enough Karen, you’re still my friend if you want, but i love Camille, can’t you see i quit being a player because of her, ever since i meet her i became more responsible, i want to spent the rest of my life with her,” i yelled at her while i felt her hands landed on my cheeks, she just slapped me hard.
“what the heck was the slap for? i asked so angry.
“for breaking my heart Anton, you’re nothing but a fool, a big fool, that’s who you are,” she said in amidst of tears then ran out of the sitting room. I sighed then touched my cheeks, i sat down feeling so sad about the whole thing. Why is everyone around me not in support of me getting married to Camille, can’t they just let us be for once. I sighed then brought out my phone and click on the gallery, looking at my picture with Camille make me smile.

Camille hasn’t been picking up my calls recently, i don’t know what wrong with her, ever since i rape her she never picked up my calls, afterall i didn’t rape her intentionally, she first came to my house and she respond to every bit of my touched, just at the middle of the hot romance she decided to leave at the wrong time, i was already hot and Hot then i can’t let her go to leave me in pain, i have to force myself in her, so to me i didn’t rape her and maybe she still have feelings for me. Catherine made something for me to eat this morning, i felt a little bit okay. I picked up my phone to call Antonio but his number wasn’t going through, i just hope all is well, maybe he’s just busy with work. I laid on my bed thinking about my life, i wonder why am this unlucky, am so unlucky when it comes to have a rich parent, i was raped, my father was killed right infront of me, tears slide down my tears.
“Camille! Catherine called then tapped, bringing me out of my thought.
“are you crying, did you regret aborting this baby? she asked while i wipe away my tears.
“somehow Catherine, will Antonio ever trust me if he finds out about this someday, what of my mom,” i said in tears. Catherine moved closer and pulled me to a hug.
“tell your mother right away when you get home, the earlier the better, as for Antonio maybe you should try to tell him,”.
“am just so unlucky,” i whisper within tears.
“did you just said unlucky! Camille at least you’ve found someone who love you for who you are, despite the fact that he knew about you being raped, he still accept you. We arrived home and Catherine made dinner for us, i wasn’t able to eat much food, am just sad, i never wanted Jake to know about this, why would Mrs. Whitney tell him that.
“are you still thinking about Jake? she asked while i nodded.

What is life after all, now i feel like committing sucide.. what if Jake tell Antonio and my mom, i had a sleepness night, worried about my life, is such a mess. “let go home before i do something bad to her,” Catherine said holding my hand, we hailed a cab back home.

I on the television and was shocked with the news i saw. Mr. Scott had an accident and died, that’s Antonio’s father.
“Catherine!!! i yelled her name and she quickly rushed out from the kitchen.
“what? she asked a bit pissed with the way i called her name.
“what! he’s death!
“i need to go, i need to go back home back to my mom and Antonio, they need me,” i said then quickly jumped out from the bed.
“i’ll go with you,” Catherine said.
“no Catherine, remember what i told my mom. I can go on my own,” i said while she nodded. I packed my cloths then quickly get dressed before leaving.

Nicholas POV
I couldn’t believe Anton’s father is death, i was badly hurt with this because Mr. Scott is the only one who gat my back, he always plead with me to make Anton marry Karen so that the company will be stable and i will also have some money, it a good thing he died with that last wish. Antonio must never marry that girl Camille. I need to put sense into his fucking skull, but let me finish with my family first. I couldn’t believe Lynn could come back with our son. His just two years old, i was really surprise seeing her with Ethan but am still a little bit happy. She left with our son when he’s just a year old, because she fought with Mabel my legimate wife. Lynn is just spoilt brat i meet at the club, we ended up having fun and just fews months she came to stay with in my house despite the fact she knew i have a wife and son, she insisted to stay claiming that she was pregnant for me, Mabel my wife promise to make her life miserable. They always fought living in hell. Their was a day when Mabel tried to poison Ethan with a milk, he’s just a year old and i wonder why she would like to kill an innocent child, my innocent baby, so Lynn fought with her and left the house. Thank goodness everything is over she finally came back, am just worried about my poor little boy, i don’t want their quarells to affect him this much.
“Lynn i thought you’ll never come back, atleast Ethan is also my son,” i said while she sighed then pushed me out of her way and walked in to the sitting room, holding sleeping Ethan in her arms, she laid him on the sofa then turned to me. She slapped me so hard.

Now i know no peace will reign in this house as far as Lynn and Mabel are living under the same roof.

Gosh i don’t think i will ever be happy with that Lynn. How dare she, she’s just using her son to get to Nicholas, she’s here to destroy my happy family, that son must die right away so she can leave this house. This time i must not be caught.
“mom, did i have a little brother to play with, i saw a boy of my age sleeping at the sitting room,” Declan said while i held his hand.

“but mom you know i have always wanted a brother or sister, to play with. I feel so lonely. Atleast i have someone to play my ball with,” Declan said happily while i sighed, i won’t allow my son to share anything with that stupid boy. Seems he’ll gonna like Lynn’s son. Well i can use him to get that little boy out of the way. I stood up and went to our bedroom.
“i will be their tomorrow,” Nicholas said on phone than hunged up.
“i need to be alone Mabel and look you tried to poison Ethan a year ago so if anything bad happen to him i will press charges against you and i won’t hestitate to turn my back against you. Nothing must happen to Ethan and Lynn,” he yelled then stood up from the bed.
“am.. sorry Nicholas, i was just mad. But you know we’re married i wonder why you have to get her pregnant in the first place,” i said politely looking straight to his face.
“i don’t love Lynn, i told you it a mistake. I was drunk and i happen to meet her at the club, everything happen so fast and the next thing she did is to come claiming Ethan to be my son,” he said calmly while i sighed.

Camille’s POV
I finish having dinner with mom. I couldn’t get to reach Antonio, he must be so busy concerning his father’s burial and also sorting out some of his office work. Tomorrow is the burial hoping to see him, but my heart is still hurts. I just had rumors about his father last wish.
“mom, am so confused right now, what if Anton stick to his father’s last wish,” i said with a sad face. I wonder what my fate will be.
“if he truly loves you and if you’re destined for each other. You will get married not even his father last wish will seperate you. Look Camille if he chose to stick to his father last wish then let it be, maybe you’re not destined for each other. I so much believe in destiny cos what meant to be will always be even when it delayed,” mom said holding my hands while i just nodded holding the tears in my tears. i stood up and went to my room.
“what if we are not destined? what if Anton marry Karen, what will be of me? a laughing stock, Jake will mock me the more he’ll use that to frustrate my life. Not after aborting my baby. I cried silently in my room hoping for the best.

“stay away from my man you poor bitch,” a female voice yelled, i know it must be Karen, the girl his father always wanted for him.
“don’t create a scene here, respect my father at least for once,” Anton yelled at her then pulled me closer to him.
“Anton!!!, Karen yelled so angry.
“i need to talk to you,” a husky voice said, the voice seems so familiar, i raise my head and saw a man beside Anton, i guess he’s his friend.
“love, meet Nicholas my buddy,” Anton said while i smiled, he stretch his hand for a handshake. His face look familiar… seems i have seen him before..

Things became difficult for mom and dad so i have to stopped schooling because i got a job to work as a waitress in a restaurant down our street. I was able to raise some money and i was just counting like fews days to quit the job and resume back to school cos i was missing a lot at school. I stood up and walked back to them. Dad was finally laid to rest. I dropped my flower and so did uncle Karlo.

Karen just finish shouting at me, insulting me for bewitching Anton.
“if you truly love him then you have to let go of him, for him to fulfil his father’s last wish, or else curse will be upon you. Mr. Scott will be angry with you in his grave for not allowing his son to fulfil his last wish,” she said before leaving. What she said kept echoeing in my ears. Am scared already maybe i should just allow him to marry Karen. But no i love him, i even abort my baby so he wouldn’t leave me, i love him so much how can i let go of him. I was still battling with those thought when he came closer to me then hold my hands.
“Camille i want you to know i can never stop loving you, i love you more than myself,” he said while i smile in between tears.
“but Anton, what about your father’s last wish? i asked while he kept quiet for a while.
“am getting married to Karen but that doesn’t mean i don’t love you again,” he said, i felt my heart tearing into pieces, tears were already streaming out uncontrollable.
“aren’t you fighting for our love, are you letting me go like this? i asked in tears.
“am confused Camille, no one want us to get married, everyone is against us. I just want to fulfil my dad last wish that’s all..” he said while i nodded.
“you’re right. Maybe we are not meant to be just as mom said. I should just accept what life offer to me. But it really hurts to let go of the one you love so much. I love you Anton and i will always love you till eternity, i guess we are not just destined to be, let just accpet our fate. I wish you happy married life with Karen,” i said then quickly ran out of the cementry, he was yelling my name but i didn’t say anything nor turn back to look at him. I quickly ran out and hailed a cab, i arrived to the beach, they were only few people. I went close to the water, staring at it, it look so calm, only this can cool me down. It was getting dark and i didn’t go home i just want to be alone, i went out to the first place Anton once took me to. To see the fire flies. I admire the place then sat down on the grass. I sighed then smile a bit with tears threatening to come out from my tears.
“mom said i should accept what life offers me, maybe i wasn’t meant to be with Anton, but why did i love him this much. I wipe away my tears and close my eyes. If only the fairies can grant my wish, can’t i be a happy girl with her prince charming. Can’t my life be a fairytale, when will i have my own prince charming. Did i even deserve it. I later arrived home late in the night, i know my mom must be worried about me.
“Camille, where have you been to? she asked.
“am fine mom,” i said while she quickly hugged me tight.
“i was worried about you, i called Antonio but his line wasn’t reachable.
“yes mom, he have decide to get married to Karen, he broke up with me,” i said in tears then rushed to my room. I took off my clothes then rushed to the bathroom to take my bath, everything around me seems so empty, i really miss Antonio. I sat on my bed remembering those happy times we shared which make me cry. I picked up my diary glancing through the pages..
1st february ..My birthday, the every first day i was born into this cruel world.
20th August… The day father was killed and i was raped by unknown person
9th September… I aborted my pregnancy with Jake cos i hate him and want to save my relationship with Antonio.
14th December.. the first day i meet Antonio and our love story begins.
I sighed as i read with tears in my eyes. I picked up my pen beside my table and wrote:
15th September marks the end of my love story with Antonio because he has finally decide to follow his father’s last wish. I wrote that with tears then close the diary and dropped it on the table beside my bed. The door went open and mom entered.
“you have to eat before going to bed,” she said.

The next morning i woke up and made breakfast for mom, she was fast asleep. I did the house chores and have my breakfast. I sat down on the couch and i eyes caught something hung on the wall, it was our family picture. I, dad and mom. We looked so happy. I guess we took this picture on my eighteen birthday. When will i have a happy home, i began to imagine, i, Antonio and our daughter or son beside us, i just imagine a happy family of us, but i know am just building up castles in the air, it not gonna happen, never! not now nor tomorrow.
“you’re awake? mom asked as she walked towards me rubbing her eyes.
“yes mom, i have made breakfast, i have to go and see Catherine,” i said.
“okay dear, you should take care and please don’t look sad, try to be happy forget about everything and atleast smile,” she said while i smile sadly.
“okay mom am sure you know how fragile and emotional i am, but i will try to forget everything,” i said while she smile. I left the house then went to check on Catherine i know she’ll be so sad to hear that am no longer getting married to Antonio. I looked at my finger and notice i still have his engagement ring. I removed it and kept it under my pillow, i will give him this next time we meet.
I arrived to Catherine’s house and she was glad to see me.
“Camille, how are you? she said then hugged me while i cried on her shoulders.
“why are you crying.. is it Jake did he tell Anton? she quickly asked.
“no, Anton has decided to grant his father’s last wish, he’s getting married to Karen,” i said which make me cry the more.
“am so sorry, this bad, how could he do that, after aborting your baby,” she said looking at me.
“i will try to get over it, maybe we are not destined for each other,” i said wiping away my tears with my handkerchief.
“oh..am really sorry, this indeed a bad news,”

Antonio’s POV
I kept pacing up and down at the balcony this evening, i felt empty, i can’t just get married to someone i don’t even love just because of some stupid wish. Am so confused, i can’t just let go of Camille i love her so much, even more than my life. I sighed, then gulped down the bottle of wine i was holding, i get myself drunk before i later slept off.

Later in the evening Karen came to my house.
“hi Anton thank you for chosing me, i know you’ve always love me,” she said moving closer to kiss me but i step back.

Mom told me everything she said Camille is my destiny and even if i married you the marriage will fail,” i said then saw the disappointment look on her face.
“uncle Karlo must hear this,” she said while i laugh.
“you can say that again and again. I won’t allow anyone to manuplicate me this time..
“but if you didn’t grant you father’s last wish you’ll be cursed,” she yelled.
“then i prefer to be cursed than marry you because i don’t love you. Look Karen true love is like magic, it powerful and overcome all things. Am now going to propose to Camille again,” i said with a smirk then walked passed her, she’s such a killjoy. I was happy Camille picked my call and i told her we need to talk, she accepted to come and we are meeting by 5 at the beauty garden.

Karen’s POV
Antonio can’t do this to me, i will be the laughing stock, how dare he, don’t he know i have always loved him that poor thing is only after his money, she’s a gold digger. I can’t allow this happen. I quickly hurried to meet Nicholas his friend, only him can help me out.
“you mean Antonio changed his mind, damn! i have always knew this will happen,” Nicholas said frowning.
“everyone knows am getting married to Anton, it been on the news headlines and all station, he can’t change his mind about this because i will be the one to be put to shame,” i said almost in tears.
“i will handle this, karlo will help us,” Nicholas said while i smirked.

I can’t believe Antonio called me and told me to meet him at the garden, what else are we gonna talk about. I already arrived at the garden putting on a simple gown, i just want to get over all this, what else will he even say to me. Well maybe he want his engagement ring back. I sighted someone coming closer, it Anto, he looked so breathtaking and handsome, I stood up when he finally came closer.
“Anton you’re getting married to Karen you should be with her,” i said while he smile but his smile faded away when he looked at my finger and notice the ring he gave me was missing.
“the ring is expensive, am not that careless to lost it, i bring it here so you can have it back,” i said, he sighed then smile, he moved closer to me and kissed me on the lips, i didn’t do anything cos maybe that what i also wanted to clear my head, i miss him so much.
“i love you,” he said while i smile, i know he always love me but it his father’s last wish that will seperate us apart. He took back his ring then knelt down in front of me, my eyes were wide open now. what is he doing??.
“will you marry me Camille. I take back my word about everything i said, i can’t marry Karen, it you i want to spent the rest of my life with. Please marry me” he said i gasped. People were already gathered snapping us pictures.
“what about your father’s last wish? i stammer.
“i don’t care anymore, it you i love Camille, will you marry me? he asked again while i found myself smiling amidst of tears, i told him to stand up and he did, i hugged him so passionately then looked into his eyes, he looked so scared, i guess he’s scared i might not accept him again, but i have to because i love him too so much.
“yes Anton i love you, i want to spent the rest of my life with you,” i said while he hugged me and people taking a video clip of us were clapping.

Karen’s POV
What the hell is this, it has already being uploaded everywhere. Antonio just proposed to Camille again! i said scrolling down to looked more of their pictures hugging, kissing and staring at each other, i hate this Camille.
I quickly called Nicholas and he said he has already seen the photos on net, i was damn angry. This must not happen!!! not when am alive.

I and Anton spent time together before he later took me home, i felt so happy, i couldn’t describe how happy i am. I love Anton so much and am happy he’s back to his right sense again.
I arrived home smiling and my mom was surprise seeing me this happy, i told her everything and she didn’t seems to be happy.
“i know how much you love each other but am scared people around might harm you especially that Karen,” she said while i smile.
“you always tell me True love is so powerful and overcome everything as far as Anton is concern he will never allow anyone hurt to me,” i said smiling while she smile. My phone rang and the caller was Catherine.
“congratulations!!!.. i have seen everything on the net, am so happy for you,” she yelled happily through the phone.
“hey don’t be too happy, i hope he doesn’t change his mind again,” i said.
“of course that won’t happen. He truly loves you,” she said while i smiled. I felt so happy about everything.

Despite all warning, Antonio refuse to stick to anyone advice, he said he loved me and don’t care about any wish again. He told me about his dream and he said that’s what even give him more courage to marry me.
Today is our wedding day. My dreams have finally come true. It a dream come true and i hope it last well.
I was dressed in a beautiful white gown, i can’t wait to see my Anton. Mom was happy and also Catherine. My phone beep and i thought it a message from Anton but i was wrong. It from Jake.
<>> What! Jake must be stupid, i quickly deleted the message then sighed. God please protect my marriage with Anton, i love him so much i don’t want to lose him, i prayed silently in my mind then walked out. It already time, i don’t want to keep anyone waiting.

…Remove the veil so we can see the girl who is about to become a woman,” the priest said while everyone clapped i sighted my mom she looked so happy. Anton took off my veil then kissed me. Finally,” i breathe out smiling.
“I know everyone is against this but God will fight for us, i love you and will forever love you Camille,” he said while i smile.
Everything went on well and we went out of the church to the reception which will be held at the garden. Anton must has spent a lot in all this.
“mom told me you’re my Destiny and all i need to do is to trust you. No one can seperate us Camille not even Karen, she travelled back to the states,” he said while i breathe out.
“thank you Antonio, thank you for standing by me and i hope you’ll be able to forgive me because i can’t tell you about Jake, not now…”

Everything seems so perfect ever since i got married to Anton, i so much love this man. The world seems to be against us but yet true love overcome all, am sure our marriage will last. I open the curtains then look at the beautiful flowers through the window, i smiled then looked at Anton sleeping peacefully.
“good morning everyone,” i smiled then kissed him lightly on his lips.
“hy love,” he said then blink his eyes and held my hands.
“i need you by my side,” he cooed pulling me closer to him.
“first thing first, we have to pray, then you will get ready for work while i prepare your breakfast,” i grinned while he smiled and sat up. I held both his hands while he smile.
“i really want us to be happy, and i trust in God to protect this marriage,” i said with tears in my eyes.
“it okay love, nothing will gonna stop me from loving my own wife,” he said then kissed my forehead, we prayed while i hurried to the kitchen to make his breakfast.

I prepare mom’s favourite meal and we eat together, we remember those happy times with dad and i wish he’s here during my wedding, so sad! If only i can turn back the hands of time.
Later in the evening i went back home and was surprise by what i saw. Our bedroom was well arranged and decorated with red flowers. Red candle was lit followed by romantic fragance. “sure, you’re a good cook but not better than me,” i said while he smile.
‘of course you’re always the best,” he said while he feed me himself. After dinner he also did the same and carried me back to our bedroom.

Awwnnn.. the honeymoon was so sweet, i enjoy every bit of it,” i said on the phone to Catherine while i heard her giggle.

I know it will be so much fun, cos the workers step directly into the big trough full of grapes to match them, there were light on poles in a cricle around the troughs, which were filled up with grapes and a music was played.
“i would love to try this,” i said to Anton while he smile then held my hands.
“not in your condition, remember you’re only having a month to give birth to our baby girl,”he said then kissed me lightly on the lips.
“i know, i just want to try,” i pout like a little child while he laughed. Nicholas his friend walked up to us, i never liked him, he seems to be evil but no one can tell!, my heart don’t seems to even like him, i wonder how Anton chose him as his best friend.

“oh poor Ethan, no need to cry, i will soon gonna gave birth and you’ll have a playing mate,” i said touching my big tommy while he smiled.
“Declan is the only brother i have, but she hate to see us play together,” he said while i held his hand.
“Ethan let go,” Nicholas then then held his hand as they left.
“what wrong with these family? i asked Anton.

“ok love, as you said earlier,” he said then held my hands and we went to wash our legs before steping into the trough. This the first time am seeing this, i felt so happy, Anton held my hands tight as we stepped on the soft, squishing grapes which tickle my feet.
“this so much fun, i love it,” i laughed
“and our daughter also love it, i guess, she must be laughing now in your tommy,” he said, he moved closer and kissed my tommy.

Anton opened the car door for me then held my hands as i stepped out of the car.
“you look so sexy,” he said while i blushed, we are just coming from the park, we had so much fun and it was wonderful, Anton always make sure i don’t get hurt in this my condition.
“my princess can’t walk to the bedroom all alone,” he said then carried me i his arms.

I woke up the next morning feeling so weak as ever, i had a terrible nightmare but i can’t even tell, i forgot everything that happen in the dream but it really bad, so bad. OMG I reject such thing, i told Anton about it even thou i wasn’t able to remember anything and we prayed, am glad my baby i still save, i went downstairs to have my breakfast when i felt sudden pain in my stomach, seems my baby is moving, i gave a loud scream which make Anton and Catherine rush to me. I was rushed to the hospital, this very painful, can i survive this, i pray my nightmare doesn’t come to pass. The nurses kept asking me to push, i did, i try, i did my best but yet the bay isn’t showing up instead i keep bleeding, does that mean, my baby is dead, i cried, i was carried to the operation room for caesarean operation which i know i may not survive. The pain is too much to bear.

Am so scared, i was sweating, pacing up and down waiting to hear from the doctor, Catherine was already in tears. I believe Camille will make it including our daughter i hope so, i hope they both survive. The doctor came out looking so sad, he walked up to us with some papers.

“only one can survived! the doctor said while i saw some nurses rushed to Camille’s ward, am so scared now.

The door went open and mom entered, i was so happy seeing her, she travel last two weeks to see a friend.

Lynn’s POV {Ethan mom}
Ethan and Declan went to the plantation to play as usual, i tried calling sebastain but his line wasn’t going through. It five years now, that so stupid for me to still think his line will go through. My friend Cherry called me last week and told me that Sebastain travel to Japan since two years back, i wonder how it all happen. I just need him right away, i need him to do me a favor. Am desperately in need of this.
I walked down to the garden and sighted Ethan and Declan playing with Anton children, they seems so happy not until when stupid Mabel came and dragged Declan alone with her.
“the next time i saw you play with this boy, i will make sure i pluck one of your ear,” Mabel yelled at him. Nicholas wasn’t home yet, he’s just busy with his work.
“Ethan, come over here,” i called him because i know what next will happen.
“mom, am playing with Chloe,” he sadly while i dragged him back home with you.
“you should stay away from those girls, and also Declan,” i said getting pissed. Mabel walked up to me and the next thing i felt was a slap on my face.
“Lynn i guess it high time you leave this house with your miserable son, Nicholas doesn’t need you,” she yelled while felt so much hatred for her, i slapped her back and she pulled my hair.
“stop it mom, stop! Declan and Ethan yelled. I freed myself from her grip then pushed her to the floor.
“let go Ethan,” i held his hand tightly, then stormed out of the sitting room.

Mabel’s POV
I’ve told you Declan, Ethan is not your brother and can never be,” i yelled at him then picked up my car keys.
“stay in your room until i come,” i yelled at him while he kept quiet, i hate seeing him with that Ethan of a boy, i so much hate his mother too. I quickly rushed out to my car, i need to get rid of them immediately. I want peace back in this house again. I drive with full speed on the road, so angry with everything that happen, how dare she slapped me and try to fight with me!!!. I kept driving in anger not noticing when a car from a juntion collide with mine and the front glass broke into pieces, piercing in my skin, i hit my head so hard on the steering then passed out.

Camille’s POV
I, Chloe and Jasmine came back from the plantation, Nicholas need to see the way his wives behaves, this might affect the children, they might hate each other and i don’t want that.
“his mother hate to see him play with Ethan,” Chloe said sadly.
“yes dear everything will be fine,” i said as we walked to the sitting room, Declan mom left in anger, only God knows where she’ll go to. I gat lots of problems to think. What if Jake already showed Anton the video, then am doom!, i need to tell him this once his back from work. I don’t want him to notice how sad i am this days. Am so worried i just need someone to talk to, i need to tell my mom and also Catherine, i need her help… but they all advise me to him the truth but i procastinate, i was so foolish to have do all this. I pray Jake doesn’t do anything funny. Am willing to tell Anton everything.

Nicholas POV
I just got a call from the hospital my wife was admitted to. She had an accident, i can’t believe that. I rushed to the hospital and already saw Lynn at the waiting area with Ethan, she seems so worried.
“what happen to my wife, you bitch,” i yelled at her, i quickly rushed in and meet Patricia, she’s Mabel’s sister, Declan was seated next to his mom.
“Mabel, how are you feeling now? i asked then held her hands gently.
“it all because of that slut you brought to your house, she did this to my sister,” Patricia yelled at me not considering the fact that we’re in the hospital.
“yes dad, she fought with mom and mom angrily left the house, she got into an accident,” Declan said then brust out in tears. Lynn must be so stupid.
“i’ve told you earlier to get ride of her,” Mabel said in tears, she couldn’t even move any part of her body, her head and arm was covered with bandage, she must be in pains.
“learn to fight for yourself my son, remember you’re still the legimate son of your father, no one, not even Ethan will ever take your place,” she said in a low voice then held Declan hand.
“please mom don’t leave me,” he said crying so bitterly, Patricia was also shedding tears.
“promise never to be friends with Ethan again, promise me you’ll hate him for the rest of your life,” she managed to say then coughed out blood, i was so scared when i saw her coughing out blood, i still can’t believe even in her dying bed she’ll still ask her son to hate his brother, what type of mother is she, i quickly rushed to call the doctor.
A minute later i came in with a nurse, i tried calling Anton but he wasn’t picking up my calls, i wonder what must be going wrong.
“Patricia promise to keep Declan away from Ethan, help me have my revenge. Lynn must have plan this, you need to make her regret ever coming into our lives, i don’t want her to be the mother to my son,” Mabel said she looks so weak and the doctor came to attain to her but seems her breathing was ceasing away.
“Mabel, please don’t go,” i yelled then moved closer to her, Declan was crying so hard as he held her hands. Mabel looked at us once more.
“mom, wake up,” Declan cried, he’s too young to pass through this. I know Mabel is only scared of the future, but that won’t change anything Declan is my legimate son but i still can’t abandon Ethan with his mom, he’s also a part of me.
“Mabel…Mabel,” Patricia cried. The doctor examine Mabel for a while then shook his head.
“am sorry,” he said while i felt so heavy in my heart.
The door went open and Lynn walked in with her son.
“am so sorry,” Lynn said in tears.
“you caused it, if only you left with your miserable son, now my sister is gone just because of you” Patricia yelled at her. Ethan ran to Declan who was seated close to his mom in tears.
“Declan? Ethan called. The look on Declan face was of anger when he saw Ethan.
“stay away from me,” he yelled at him….

Anton’s POV
My eyes were clouded up with tears when Jake showed me the video, him and Camille in bed.
“but this was five years back as you said, that was all in the past. I don’t care what you have with Camille in the past, she’s my wife now,” i said in a cracking voice feeling so disappointed. Nicholas called me but i wasn’t able to pick any call, i just need to sort this out myself, i love Camille so much.
“yes it was in the past, now what i mean exactly is that after this, Camille got pregnant, she was just a month pregnant when you married her,” he said while i felt my world crushing down on me, what is he driving at.
“you mean i married Camille, when she was pregnant for you? i asked as tears slide from my eyes.
“sure, I know my sweet Camille is good at keeping secret. Camille got married to you while she was still carrying my baby therefore Chloe is my daughter,” he said dropping the worse news ever.
“you must be stupid,” i said then pulled him by the collar of his shirt and punch him hard which make him bleed immediately.
“Chleo is my child and also Jasmine. Bleep you Jake, i love Camille so much,” i yelled while he smirk.
“am gonna file this case to court and you know what that means, i will show this video to the whole world and this will gonna ruin your wife reputation. Chloe is my daughter we can for DNA test am 100% sure of this,” he said confidently. I felt my heart tear into pieces, i hate my life. The girl you’ve raise for five years and have always love, only for another man to come and claim her as his child. What is he up to? I don’t want Camille reputation to be ruined. But why is he too sure of himself..?
“get out of my office,” i yelled at him.
“okay, let just go for DNA Anton, am back to take what rightfully belong to me, you can ask Camille, she was once pregnant for me,” he said then walked out slamming the door behind. I sat down and cried out my eyes. This what i hate must, why would Camille hide this from me, i love her so much, she’s my life, she gave me life and a happy home but it seems she’ll be the same person to ruin everything.

Nicholas called me again, but i didn’t picked up his calls, i just want to be alone. It getting to seven, Camille called me but i didn’t picked, i felt so hurt i will do everything to protect my family, am not gonna leave them. I went to get myself drunk at the club, this something i hardly do, i hate going to club but i guess it the only thing to cool me down.
I sat down somewhere alone and order for a drink. Girls walked passed me intentionally inorder to notice them, i guess i just need someone to talk to.
“Anton,” a familiar voice called my name. A young lady sat down beside me and i was shocked to see Karen, after five years. I gulped down my drink. What if what Jake told me was all the truth. What if after the DNA Chloe turn out to be his daughter, am doom!!!
“Anton,” Karen called.
“when did you came back? i asked, my vision was already blur
“since last month Anton, i miss you so much, i came to visit my parent and uncle Karlo, i was so busy to even visit you, what about your wife and kids? She said while i gulped down another drink.
“they’re all fine,” i said feeling more frustrated.
“i have never see you drink,” she said then picked up my phone.

Karen’s POV
I needed to move on since Anton has also moved on, he even have beautiful kids and am happy for him, but i still love him. I know i came at the wrong time because Anto will never leave his wife and kid just because of me. Something must be wrong with him, his eyes looks red and swollen, he must have cried, he look so frustrated. Anton isn’t the type that usually drink or come to clubs. I went to his gallery and saw of his pictures with his wife and kids.
“such a sweet home, but i can’t believe Camille stole my man and she has the right to hurt him now, i know something must be wrong with him. suddenly Camille’s call came in and i picked it up.
“your husband is here with me, just come to wines club,” i said then hanged up, i know she must be confused by now. Whatever disturbing him must be something serious.
“Anton! i said but he seems so drunk, i moved closer to him then peck him, i miss you so much Anton, your wife is coming to pick you up,” i whisper to him then kissed him on the lips while he responded to it.

Camille’s POV
I can’t believe Declan lose his mother, Nicholas just called and inform about me that, he said he have been trying Anton’s line but he wasn’t picking up the call. I also called but he didn’t picked. I was so scared i hope is not what am thinking, i hope Jake didn’t tell him anything. It already past eight and Anton isn’t back i called him again, thank goodness he picked but it wasn’t him, it a female voice, they place seems so noisy and i was scared when she told me Anton is with her, i should come and picked him up at the wines club. I quickly get dressed and told my mom to take care of the kids, my driver drive me to the club and i hurriedly walked in. Anton has never been to club, he hate club! so why is he here today. I walked then sighted Anton. OMG! Anton and Karen kissing!!!, Was he cheating on me all this while, my eyes were filled with tears, my heart was heavy as i saw my husband, the father of my kids, the man i so much love kissing another woman, this what i feared most, i felt my whole world crushing down on me…am doom!!!

I quickly walked towards them and dragged Karen’s hair, i pushed her aside and she quickly stood up and slapped me, bringing the attention of some people. My driver walked in and i notice Anton was drunk. I ask my driver to take him to our car while i handle Karen.
“did you just drugged my husband? i asked so angry.
“of course not, he said he’s damn tired of you Camille, haven’t you enjoy Anton enough, haven’t you got the money you needed, it time to leave him for me, i don’t care if you have kids with him because am gonna take back my man,” she said then picked up her bad and left. I wipe away the tears in my eyes and went outside, Anton was already in the car, i entered and sat beside him, then ask my driver to drive us back home. The tears in my eyes kept flowing, what could have happen to Anton, why is he drunk, what is he even doing their, please Anton don’t leave me, i might die if you do so, i love much i promise to tell you everything tomorrow morning, am so sorry, i hope Jake didn’t tell you anything,” i said in tears then held his hands.
We arrived back home and my driver helped me held Anton back to our room. He laid down on the bed and i removed his shoes and shirt. I covered him with the duvet because it very cold then sat down beside him and stare at his handsome face, he was fast asleep.
“Anton, please don’t leave me even for the sake of our children, please my love,” i cried as i caress his hair. When i was done crying i took my shower and went to mom’s room.
“what happen to Anton, i have been waiting for your arrival,” she said so worried.
“he’s back mom, but i saw him kissing Karen,” i said in tears then sat down at the edge of her bed and wipe away my tears.
“he was drunk mom, i know Anton will never cheat on me, Karen is such a shameless woman,” i said in tears. Am scared, i need to tell you something, am sorry for lying to you,” i cried hard while my mom hugged me, only her understand and accept me the way i am, i don’t know what else i would have ever done without my mom.
“Jake is back to blackmail me,” i cried while she looked so confused. I told her everything and she look so disappointment.
“i lied to you that we’ve settle everything during our honeymoon because i don’t want you to disturb me again, i thought their wasn’t need of telling him that again, i really don’t know if Jake showed him the video but am ready to tell Anton everything tomorrow morning,” i cried the more.
“ready to tell him when everything is ruined! Camille i have never raise you that way, why would you keep such secret from your husband for good five years, what type of wife are you? she asked so angry with me i guess.
“am sorry mom, please forgive me,” i cried.
“you should be ready to tell Anton that,” she said while i stood up to leave, seems she’s angry with me.
“Camille? she called softly while i looked at her.
“come here my child,” she said then hugged me.
“what you did was wrong, first thing tomorrow morning tell him about everything and also how Jake threaten you, am sure Anton will deal with Jake himself,” she said while i nodded before going to check on my children. They were sleeping peacefully and i sat down and watch them sleep.
“am so sorry Chloe and Jasmine. Mommy want to hurt dad but i’ll try to fix this, it all my fault i just need your prayers, let pray your dad doesn’t leave us,” i cried then stood up and walked back to our bedroom, i felt so dizzy and felt like vomitting, i quickly rushed to the bathroom and vomitted, i felt quiet relief. I notice some funny changes in me these days, i guess am just tired, i think too much ever since i saw Jake. I hate him.

Anton’s POV
It six in the morning and Camille isn’t awake, i stare at the face for a while, seems she have cried, she still look beautiful even in sleep, i felt like making love to her this morning but hell no! I went to check on my girls, my heart beat faster when i saw Chloe.
“good morning dad,” she said smiling when she saw me.
“morning princess, seems Jasmine is enjoying her sleep,” i said and looked at Jasmine sleeping peacefully.
“dad can i ask you this? Chloe said while i nodded, i can’t believe Jake has the gut to claim Chloe as his child, he’s so stupid, but only Camille can answer this.
“did you notice mom this days, she crys, she look so sad and sometimes starve herself,” Chloe said while i gasped, am so stupid not to notice any of this. What her reason, did she know about what Jake told me!
“your mom will be fine, she’s little bit stress out sweetie,” i said then kissed her hair.
“i love you, let me go and prepare your favourite noodles and egg sauce,” i said then stood up.
“what about mom? she asked standing up.
“she’s still sleeping, mommy need some rest okay,” i said while she smiled. I held her hand and we walked to the kitchen.
“do you know how to make noddles? she asked while i laughed.
“of course, your mom taught me that, she’s my great cook, i love her so much and i love you too including Jasmine,” i said while she giggle.
“okay dad, teach me then,” she pouted while i smile.
“as you wish my princess,” i smiled.
Little Chloe is too young to understand how to cook noddle but anyway i showed her how to prepare it with egg sauce and she seems to be a fast leaner, i think she’s gonna be a good cook in the future.
We were done cooking, thank goodness today is saturday i will have all the time to play with my two beautiful princesses. I set the table and went back to our bedroom, Camille was awake, she look so pale and weak, i wonder what’s wrong with her.
“good morning love,” i said then peck her while she smile weakly. I remember what happen yesterday night, i need to apologies to her, Karen was such a useless bitch, i can’t believe she’s here all this while.
“love am sorry about yesterday..
“it okay dear, i understand i guess Karen drugged you,” she said.
“no she didn’t, i was just frustrated about something, anyway we’ll talk about that later,” i said with a sad smile while she nodded, she seems so guilty, i guess she knows everything too, this so heart breaking..
“breakfast ready, Chloe and i prepare that,” i said while she smile, i held her hands and we walked downstairs to the dining room.
“good morning mom,” i greeted her mom while she smiled.
“good morning mommy,” Chloe and Jasmine greeted, i smiled then kissed Jasmine on her cheeks.
“morning my baby,” i said then sat down while Camille sat next to me.
“wow yummy,” Jasmine said while Chloe grinned.
“mom, i and dad prepare this,” she said while Camille smile sadly, she wasn’t happy.
“so delicious,” she said as she picked up her forked and stroke the noddles with egg sauce before eating it. I notice the look on her face was dull, is she sick? or hiding anything from me? Suddenly she quickly stood up then rushed to the bathroom.
“Camille,” her mom called out so worried.
“was wrong with mommy, but i thought always like Noddles,” Chloe said sadly.
“just eat your meal girls i will check on her,” i said then stood up and hurried to catch up with her, i bumped into her on my way going in, she look so dizzy.
“love, are you okay? i asked.
“sure, am just tired,” she said while i held her hand and we went back tot he dining room.
“are you okay dear? her mother asked while she nodded.
“i will just be in my room,” she said then walked upstairs, something must be wrong with her. I want us to sort this Jake case but i don’t think i can tell her anything, she need some rest, she look so weak, i don’t want to add more to her problem.
We were done having dinner and Camille’s mother took Chloe and Jasmine back to their room. My phone rang and the caller was Nicholas. I forgot to call him yesterday.
“Nic, good morning,”
‘morning! Anton you weren’t picking up my calls yesterday,” he said, his voice tells he’s sad.
“am sorry about that, i was damn busy, so sorry,”
“it okay, i lost my Mabel wife yesterday,” he said while i stood still. I was so stupid not to pick his calls yesterday.
“poor Declan, how is he coping? i asked.
“he’s aunt is here with him,” he responded.
“am so sorry Nicholas, am coming to your house right away,” i said then hanged up.
I can’t believe troublesome Mabel is gone, i felt so hurt and bad. I went back to our room and Camille was lying on the bed, she also look so frustrated herself.
“i need to tell you something love,” she said while i picked up my shirt and trouser, i urgently need to see Nicholas.
” i also need to talk to you about something but not now, you’re not feeling too well love, what wrong with you? i asked then sat down beside her and held her hands.
“am fine..
“no you’re not fine, should i call the doctor? i asked while she nodded.
“am fine, am just tired. I need to tell you something,” she said again while i stood up.
“okay love, we’ll discuss about that when i came back from Nicholas house, he lost his wife yesterday,” i said but she doesn’t look surprise.
“he told me yesterday, it such a bad news, i pity Declan,” she said, i kissed her lightly on the lips.
“i’ll be back soon,” i said then left. My heart is so heavy now, i so much love Camille and my kids, they’re my life.

I arrived to Nicholas house and meet him at the garden, he look so sad, i comforted him as friends should do and we talked about lots of things.
“what about the children? i asked.
“before Mabel died she asked Patricia to take care of her son while Lynn is still with Ethan, but am planing to sent Declan to school in Germany, i want the best for my son,’ he said.
“what about Ethan? i asked.
“i also love Ethan, but am not willing to spent much on him, cos he won’t be the one to inherite everything i have in the future, Declan will be the one to take over my company and everything,” he said while i sighed, i pity Ethan.
“Nicholas but atleast treat them equal, who knows if Ethan might be your saviour in the future,” i said while he smile a bit.
“i don’t think any of this will happen cos Declan is way too better than him, he’s even poor in school, Ethan hate school so much his performance are low,”
“his performance are low because of your wives quarell, he’s a child for crying out loud, you don’t have to frustrate his life, once his family are happy him too will be happy and his studies will move on well, that why i don’t want to get seperated with Camille i love her, and i don’t want my daughters to get affected with this,” i said.
“Camille is such a nice woman you know,”
“yes.. but something came up about Jake her ex,” i said then explain to him everything that happen, he look so surprise. He’s my buddy and i confide in him, he’s such a good adviser.
“Camille is such a good woman, you shouldn’t let her slip away just because of her stupid ex, but when it turns out that Chloe is his child am sory to say just let go, their’s no need in depriving the little girl who her true father is, atleast you still have Jasmine and who knows if he’s lying. I sometimes get jealous because i couldn’t get a perfect wife as Camille, don’t let her go,” he said while i smile a bit.
“but i love Chloe, she has been a part of me for good five years…i …can’t let go of her to another person, even if he truly turn out to be her father am gonna fight for her, am ready to kill for my family. Nicholas, am ready to spent billions to keep Chloe close to me. Jake can never be her father after all that was lies, i trust Camille so much,” i said boiling in anger, i so much hate that Jake, how dare he try to temper with the Santagio family. No one does that and go scot free.

I couldn’t stop crying each day, mom is truly gone, i miss her so much and also her troubles, who else will tell me i look so handsome again. It all Ethan fault with his mom. Aunt Patricia promise to helped me and be a second mother to me but that couldn’t stop me from hating Ethan. He’s my brother i love him so much but my mom died all because of him and his mom. Aunt Patricia kept telling me to stay away from him, she told me him and his mom are evil and they were the one who killed my mom, i couldn’t concentrate in school anymore, i felt so bad.. so so bad.

I made dinner that night and we ate, mom was so happy and am glad my family is back, i thought i was gonna lose them but all thanks to my loving and understanding husband, i love him so much. Tomorrow we are going to conduct the DNA in different two hospitals, from Anton personal doctor so that Jake will not bribe them to fake anything. Anton promise to sent him to jail for trying to ruin my happy home.

The next morning, i made breakfast for the family then took my bath, i remember last night when Anton made love to me, he’s just so perfect and smile and tied my hair to avoid it get drenched. OMG… I was so tired, having sleepless night forgotting i missed my period last month, does that means am pregnant!!!. I felt so happy, no wonder i notice some funny change in me, i sometimes vomit, morning fever. I smiled to myself then quickly have my bath. I and Anton will soon have our third child, i pray it a boy, i want to have a son. Anton would love that too, he will be so happy, i need to tell him right away but i have to wait till after this DNA, I want the celebration to be big, we gonna celebrate our unborn son, then victory cos i definetely know Jake will be put to shame cos Anton is Chloe’s father. Jake is so lame and dull to even think of that, that was so foolish well atleast he’ll spent the rest of his life in jail.
Jasmine was taken to school by their driver while i, Anton and Chloe went to visit doctor Ken, he’s Anton private doctor from India, he’s such a busy man. People hardly know him and he never collect bribe. A few strand of hair from Anton, Jake and Chloe hair were taken and we were ask to come back later when the result is out. Chloe kept questioniong, i felt so bad because my daughter have to suffer for my silly mistakes. We then went to the General Hospital. The doctor over their knows Anton well, he’s his personal doctor. The test was conducted and we’re all waitinng for the result. Jake is such a bastard so suggest this, he was serious and wanted to file a case against me and Anton.
We all sat down at the waiting area when doctor ken came himself and gave us the seal result.
“everything went well Mr. Anton, here is the result, nothing is tempered with and no one has seen it,” he said while i nodded. He gave one to Jake and also to Anton.
“Chloe is our child love, just calm down,” i said when i saw how nervous he is. He open it and his eyes were widely open.
“Chloe isn’t my child? he asked questioning Doctor Ken while he nodded.
“yes Mr. Anton, this result shows that this man Jake is the real father of the little girl Chloe, i guess your wife might be hiding this from you,” he said before leaving, i wasn’t surprise nor moved. This damn fake but we trust doctor Ken, he’ll never lie to us, Chloe is Anton’s daughter.
“i guess the result is faulty love, let wait for the other result,” Anton said trying to console himself. I looked at Jake who smirked. I felt like strangling him to death.
“once this result is out and the result is the same, am taking my daughter or else i file this case to court,” he said which make me angry, i stood up to hit him but Anton held me back.
“love, Chloe is your daughter,” i said the hugged him tight, i pray this result will turn out good, am 100% sure Chloe is Anton daughter, why is Jake so foolish. What is he up to??
We waited for an hour before the next result was out. I looked at the result again and was shocked, same thing!
“Jake seems to be the father of Chloe,” the doctor said while i felt like slapping him.
“this must be faulty,” i yelled in tears then held Chloe so tight.
“nothing is faulty, Anton i told you Camille married you while pregnant, Chloe is my child, you insisted your personal doctors should conduct the test and i freely agree to that, you thought i would ask anyone to fake it…
I don’t even know any of these your personal doctor, if you still don’t believe to this we can also go to my personal doctor,” he said in a mocking voice then smirk.
“Jake you must be stupid for this, Chloe is my daughter, am not gonna give her to you,” Anton yelled making Chloe to flinch, i know she have never seen her father this angry before.
“mom, what are they saying, he’s my dad,” she said holding Anton fingers.
“you see, Jake you’re just good for nothing,” Anton blurted out.
“just as your wife who lied to you. Camille just spill it out! tell him the truth, tell Anton that Chloe is my child or else the case get further, am gonna sue him to court for this and i will fight with my last breathe just to get my daughter. Don’t deprive my Chloe from knowing her true father,” Jake fried back in a serious tone, i turn to look at Anton who seems so angry, he was damn angry but i don’t know if it with me or Jake. He quickly freed his hand from Chloe’s hand then walked out of the hospital. I ran after him to stopped while Chloe ran after me in tears.
“Anton just trust me, Chloe is our daughter, i don’t believe those fake result, trust me,” i said in tears, Anton is so much hurt, it all because of me, if only i tell him the truth, i don’t want to see him hurt.
“Camille i have always love and trusted you. I didn’t married you as a virgin but yet i still respect you, i respect you as my wife and see you as my super woman, but what else did you did in return, you disrespected me by not telling me everything that happen between you and Jake, fine! i forgive you again, and now the girl i so much love is longer my chi..ld,” he said in a cracking voice as tears ran down his cheeks. Antonio hardly cry, my heart bleed seeing him cry right infront of me, i was so much hurt. I cause it all, i hurt Anton again but Chloe is our child, is he doubting me?
“Chloe is your child Anton, please believe me,” i cried
“dad stop shouting at mom please,” Chloe said in tears holding my hands. Jake is so wicked. I thought everything was over.
“how did you expect me to believe you, am not even sure if you’re saying the truth Camille. Don’t tell me you’ve lived like a slut before i married you, did you also lied to me about you being raped, what type of mother are you that will even abort her first child. You’re so shameless Camille, i don’t want to ever see you again, leave my house. This marriage filled with lies and many hidden secret is damn over! i couldn’t take it losing Chloe but it part of life, i have to. You both should just go to her real father and who even knows if Jasmine isn’t my child too… am so disapponited Camille! he cried. I have never think Anton will end up calling me names, he just call me a slut just because he didn’t married me as a virgin, he’s doubting if am telling him the truth, he just called me a shameless woman, my heart is so heavy now. His right, that was all right, it all my fault i should have tell him the truth long time ago, i know how much Anton love Chloe and Jasmine.
“am sorry Anton, please forgive me,” i cried am on my knees and everyone was watching us, i felt so ashamed of myself.
“am sorry Camille, i have never dreamt of this but ITs OVER,” Anton said then left in anger, i hope he doesn’t get hurt. I sighted Jake from afar he was smiling, HE JUST WON!!!, my heart is been shattered into piece, i love Anton, someone should helped me begg him, am already carrying our third child, it not over yet, i love my husband so much, i cried while Chloe was also crying.
“daddy has left us Chloe, it all my fault please forgive me,” i said then hugged Chloe so tight.

Anton’s POV
I drove speedily to the park, i just want to die, i hate my life, Chloe isn’t my child, she’s not my blood, Camille lied to me again, she lied to me. I cried and sat down on a bench so lonely.
” <> That what i always tell Chloe. Too bad i wouldn’t be their to fulfil any of my promise, am so sorry Chloe but you have to know who your real father is…! I shouldn’t have said those words to Camille, but what else would i have rather done… Camille just ruined my life…. she hurt me so much, she pushed me to the world and now am doom…!!! i guess it better to part ways with her…
