A gap in cultural difference is all I see. The average Asian is too rigid for a black man’s liking.

I do not make conclusions on pictures like this because it doesn't show exactly what is happening at the minutes they were taken. The pictures of the lawmakers looking so inattentive may well have been taken before the meeting was started properly. Though it is quite odd that they went to a meeting like this without writing materials.
