Sexual urge is the desire to have sexual intimacy, this desire can come into your mind as a human being without anybody, or any sexual image around you. Sexual urge is not sinful because no human being can decide when this thought enters your mind.
How you entertain or respond to it defines sin or no sin.
If sexual urge comes into your mind and you want to satisfy it with your legally wedded spouse whether he/she is physically present or not; it is not sinful.
If you remember your sexual intimate moments with your legally wedded spouse whether he/she is physically present or not; it is not sinful.
If you try to use images, imaginations, your-fingers, videos, pictures, books, objects or another person who is not your legally wedded spouse to satisfy your sexual urge; it is sinful.
If you want to live a sexually pure life in this world whether married or single surrender your whole being (body, spirit and soul) to the power that God released on the Cross of Calvary when Jesus Christ was Crucified (John 12:30-32; John 8:36, John 19:30).
Only the Grace of Jesus Christ Crucified on Calvary can *crucify our old flesh together with the flesh of Jesus Christ and replace our crucified old flesh with the new flesh of Jesus Christ completely*
Unless the old flesh dies with Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary; the new flesh of Jesus Christ which manifest *consistent holiness* in this world from conception inside the womb of Virgin Mary till Ascension will not dwell inside the mortal-body of any human being thus "what is born of the flesh produces fruits of the flesh(Gal.5:19-21), what is born of the Spirit produces fruits of the Holy Spirit (Gal.5:22-23)" {John 3:6}
