This number will keep increasing exponentially.
First world countries are perfecting their strategy for cherry picking out best brains. They filter our most intelligent students and offer them really attractive packages. Only a few will come back to Nigeria.
Who no like better thing?
Education is the lifeblood of any developed economy.
Have you noticed how US, Canada and even UK (recently) are stylishly relaxing their immigration policies for students/young professionals?

Rwanda, South Africa, Ghana and Egypt are stepping up their educational standard.

Instead of our own FG and ASUU to be very strategic and visionary in their thinking, they're still arguing about IPPIS crap. Naija, your mata taya me nor be small. Hian.

Not necessarily.
These countries offer humongous scholarship offers.
Pray tell, how many scholarships do we offer as a country?
