You are very correct. Over 90% of the Borehole Water projects carried out by successive members of the Parliament as Constituency projects are not functional. Most barely work for a month, while others were sustained by the community for few months before it failed.

The worst part is the Solar Powered Borehole projects which failed at the planning stage but executed in so many communities and never worked apart from the day it was commissioned because it was powered from an already stored up power for that commissioning ceremony.

Abeg they should do because the way some people are destroying the environment with urine in Abuja is alarming.
