The Governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano this evening reopened the rehabilitated MCC bridge for public use. It is noteworthy that the company that built the bridge years ago did not include beam hangers which was the reason why the pillars shift whenever something heavy hits it. But happily, the government of Anambra State graciously engaged Julius Berger Coy to build the hangers that will enhance the longevity of the bridge. Ndi Anambra, I equally brought you the report that on November 7, 2019 the Honourable Commissioner for Works, Engr. Marcel Ifejiofor inspected the pace of work on the bridge and certified it safe for use. He further promised that the bridge will be reopened for use in a week's time.

This is just maintenance culture which is very necessary How do this translate to news bikonu..? Since the bridge is now ready for usage....remove all blockades and vehicles will begin to use it again. So because of this, Obiano has to travel down from awka.... Wonderful.
