Firstly, the sex didn't took place around the school according to the statements released by the school management.

Secondly it wasn't even on school days o, but on vacation and it happened 3months ago according to the institution.

I went to Babcock, there's a rule there that states where you have to sign , the moment you sign, then it means you have accepted the agreement and thus accepted the conditions for explusions too. As long as she's a student and that she brings that kinda of reputation to the school they will expel her. They have expelled someone for holding weed in his pocket so why wont they expell someone having sex online and the schools name associated with it.
