I know most Nigerian legislators are called Honorables. But when is someone supposed to be addressed as ‘Right Honorable’ ? |

Nigeria always copies what they should not - they copied the wasteful American presidential system but kept the non-egalitarian British honorifics: What's the difference between right Honourable and Honourable? Hon. is used for regular members of the house. Rt. Hon. is used for members who are also ministers, the prime minister, or hold positions as speaker and such 2 Likes |
