How sure are you that Americans will never extradite their citizens to Nigeria?

There are extradition treaties between the United States and Nigeria and as long as the case complies with the treaty, then a warrant would be obtained.

The reason why the United States might not want her citizen extradited to a country like Nigeria is because of gross human rights abuses that Nigeria is known for. But if there is reasonable assurance that their citizen's rights would be respected, I am sure they would comply.
