And upon all the awards someone can not transfer to my diamond /access account through POS.
Audio award. A company that cannot give me internet access after 2 months of opening account.

Mobile transfer services is non existence while the online customer service is zero
. It's so sad. I think the merger was a contamination.

I regret opening the account after the merger.

Does Nigeria and Nigerian know what sustainability is all about? Sustainability is impossible in this country. We are all copying westerners to be in the trend. As long as we are still running generators, commuting in fossil powered vehicles, dumping refuse where they are not supposed to be, using AC in the building 24 hours and contributing to climate change problems, there is no sustainability.

No Nigerian company can claim to be sustainable in their operation - Access bank should be sincere. I know say na one oyibo outfit will give that kind of award after collecting their fees.

I've abandoned my GTB to continue with my Access. (Even the GTB so called token device which they force on customers na rubbish. OTP is enough but the device na to just make money from customers

One silly thing Access did some days ago was to debit me automatically for a new ATM card while my old one is yet to expire this December. I call them to refund my money immediately & stop the card. Them done reimburse me.

I hadly use ATM for withdrawal.

Well I'm a Nigerian living in Nigeria but my brain & heart is different from that of a typical Nigerian. I will never allow anyone force things on me. When I need it, I simply email them at my convenient.

Well I don see another bank with less charges & efficiency than access

I think the bank database can not cope with the Data of diamond and access combined together, they just have to do something about it as soon as possible before they lose all their best customers
I have stopped using it for now,I can't be waiting for network or 3 days to receive money

I gave my diamond (access) bank account for salary payment because diamond Bank account owners were the 1st to receive salary and it was so until this merger.
Now, if I mistakenly transfer from my Gtb to Access bank account, it could take up to 5 days with many calls before the money will reflect.
Access bank is an error!!!

A bank that could not send alerts. That was how a thief my ignorant gave her ATM withdraw 37,000 up till today the bank doesn't know the medium through which he transfered the money.
