Good morning nairalanders, pls I need your advice and help. Earlier yesterday, I received a debit alert from my bank for a transaction I know nothing about. It seems they had an unauthorized access to my account. The description of the transaction was "Joepal Global Enterprise". I called their customer care, she didn't give me a satisfactory reply. I called again, a guy picked and told me he will confirm the reason for the alert. The amount debited was 7000 plus. Pls what should I do. This is really painful and fraudulent. Pls what should I do? Moderators pls help me move this to front page so as to get more response. This is very crucial pls.... |
