Why are you so myopic, so you think FBI or CIA or DOA of America cares whether you are black or white, Yoruba or Hausa before they prosecute anybody? They investigate and conclude before they indict. This is all about the money he moved to USA longtime ago and trying to prove the source of fund he used to start Airpeace.

Titto93:
Ever since Nnamdi Kanu threatened to submit names of corrupt politicians and their source of wealth to FBI if EFCC continue to probe Allen Onyema, the case have died a natural death.

I will be surprise if Nigerian government hand is not in onyema travail, all our politicians domiciled illicit wealth in various banks in America, I have not heard that America government is fighting them,u want forfeit money that came from another country to ur country and efcc is helping America to forfeit Nigerians money to America, something is not clear seriously, maybe Allen's problem with America is that he has refused to invest it in America, maybe just maybe.

It's becoming very obvious based on information available so far that Mr Oyenma was engaged in money laundering and utilizing money meant for ND for personal use. This is against the law and we should not condone this behavior just because he brought people back from SA for free or just because he used the proceeds of crimes to set up a viable business that employs Nigerians. There will be some soft landing for him because of his good deeds but that does not mean he should walk away a free man. That is a dangerous precedents for any society. I know some will say what about this and that, even the US system as good as it is doesn't catch all criminal. You can only prosecute those that you can catch.

BUHARI, owner of Max air Alhaji Dahiru Mangal and Alhaji Abdulmunafi Sarina owner of Azman Air, leave *Air Peace and Allen Onyema alone*. The Air Industry can contain many and create jobs for all, Dont monopolize it the way you monopolize cement industry with Dangote and crippled Ibeto cement.

Stop playing politics with everything. If you keep on fighting Air Peace, Max air and Azman air will fold mark my words.

I am a core Yoruba and not Igbo, but it's unfair keeping quiet watching what HAUSA/FULANI'S are doing to Igbo's and anything that will move this country forward. It was Arik Air now Air Peace.

many people commenting haven't actually read the full 30 something page indictment. I have!!! The frauds/crimes committed is blatant!!! it is like a man who robs a shop and takes off his hood and stares into the CCTV camera!!!! Only an O.J SIMPSon type lawyer can get him out of this.

For a Lawyer to be so foolish as to make it so easy for the Authorities to nail him is amazing, we have become so complacent with our criminality in Nigeria we forget that there are law abiding countries.

As far as EFCC, they still havent done anything to Ibori

How did owner of Max air Alhaji Dahiru Mangal and Alhaji Abdulmunafi Sarina owner of Azman Air made their money? Have they been investigated?

In this country these days it feels like it’s a crime to come from the southeast and also be a successful businessman.

First it was Jim Nwobodo of Savannah Bank, then it was Cletus Ibeto of Ibeto Cement, then it was Innocent Chukwuma of Innoson Motors and now it is Allen Onyema of Air Peace.

Who did the igbos offend for this shit country?
Can you now see the reason why the Igbo’s want Biafra.

The powers that be in this country don’t want to let igbos go and they don’t want to let them be either, what we must realize is that nobody can curse those who God has blessed.

Igbo’s usually excel because they work hard and no matter the oppression they always rise to the challenge. You can’t stop the river from flowing. You can tackle them all you want but they will forever keep on Trucking.
