Go to Rivers state immigration office for your International Passport. If u decide to go through due process without paying any bribe, it will take u almost 1year to get your international passport.

Why must Everybody in this country be bribed before they will do what they are paid to do.

Great
This ICT issue is taking over the world, in the past, who knew about Robotics in Nigeria? Not to talk of Artificial Intelligence.

Now there is a lab for AI/Robotics training and research in Nigeria, and even more springing up.

For example; www.rainigeria.com
Crazy

U comment like a robot.
How has AI helped to reduce employment?
Do u even understand what it means for country not to have stable electricity supply?

Ibrahim Garba Maryam shared these photos of dilapidated school classrooms in Kano State. See what he wrote after the cut...

This is how thousands of classrooms look like in Kano state but he is still building bridges that has more commission rather than humanity. Building new classes is not the matter what matters fix the old schools and give more priority to social auditing and biogenic needs . Just imaging he is demolishing schools in ungogo local gvt to expand roads . What is the secrets in bridge building and motor parks while women a dying at child birth , unqualified teachers, insufficient female teachers poor infrastructure , poor health facilities , poor road networks , public school moving in reverse gear and private schools encouraging sodomy . We are waiting to see gvt respond on Hassan Gwarzo sodomy committee reports you can deny the media to cover up the case but we are wise to tell the parents . Unpunished Hassan Gwarzo is an encouragement and support of gay rights indirectly . Pls minister come down to Kano and secretly visits our schools in rural areas in Kano . Where is the transparency in good governanance"

Good one Optimist souls..We shall get there gradually as a nation.

This is a sensible and responsible comment.
When you see a good project of the government, be happy about it while you can still criticize constructively.
Not some children of frustration that will never ever see any good thing in their miserable lives.
All they do is to sit at home on their lazy butt and criticize from morning till night with their #100 data, disturbing social media peace! cheesy

Keep it up man.
A good Nigeria is what we want,
A better Nigeria we shall get

Very Great Development.
God bless Nigeria.

OP,What are the basis of the documents?
What are the recommendations in the documents?. Do you just write to impress yourself or NL audience?.I don't get it,tell us what the Nigerians need to do to be fully ICT compliance .We are tired of telling Nigerians for a launch of documents today and you will come back after 2023 to the narrative why it didn't work like in Japan or USA.
Up till now the documents on Ajaokuta Steel Project cannot be decoded by Nigerians but only the Russians, hence a failed project ab-initio!.Yet many became Multi-Billionnaires on failed projects, failed Bridges not constructed, faked Road Projects in Nigeria!!.
This country has been taken for granted for too long by our past Leaders hence we are just running in circle!.

Nigeria Digital Economy Diagnostic Report (English)

http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/387871574812599817/Nigeria-Digital-Economy-Diagnostic-Report

ABSTRACT
As the biggest economy in Africa with one of the largest youth populations in the world, Nigeria is well-positioned to develop a strong digital economy. This would have a transformational impact on the country. In order to reap the benefits, Nigeria needs to focus on accelerating improvements in five fundamental pillars of a digital economy: digital infrastructure, digital platforms, digital financial services, digital entrepreneurship and digital skills. The Nigeria Digital Economy Diagnostic report identifies key challenges and opportunities of leveraging the digital economy for diversified and sustained growth. It provides an assessment of the state of Nigeria’s digital economy around the five foundational pillars. The report also offers specific, actionable recommendations to the government and private sector stakeholders to further Nigeria’s development of each pillar. The report was produced in the context of the Digital Economy (DE4A) initiative, an African Union initiative supported by the World Bank Group, which aims to digitally connect every person, business, and government in Africa by 2030.
