I disagree, a project PDP cost 40 billion 2013 will cost nothing less than 980 billion in 2019 if PDP was in power n there lies the difference you see but will foolishly try to ignore. You can compare PDP now abandoned secretariat for comparism.

is a paddy paddy settlement deal for loyal NASS members.
